STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older.

2.2 Employees of MyHoliday2 and associated employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Employees of all divisions of MyHoliday2 and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin.

HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences at 00:01 on 1 August 2020 (AEST) and concludes at 00:00 on 31 January 2021 (‘the competition period’).

3.2 To enter the competition, entrants must enter the required details into the appropriate form on www.myholiday2.com.au

3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.

PRIZES
4.1 A total of one prize will be awarded at the end of the competition period. The draw will take place on 1 February 2021. Winner will be notified by via email or telephone within 7 days after the competition has been drawn.

4.2 For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place at 09:00 at 10 February 2021 they will be contacted via email or telephone. If the winner does not respond to email/s or phone call/s and claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe, the prize will be redrawn.

HOW TO WIN
5.1 Entrants who have successfully entered the competition over the competition period by registering all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place at the office of MyHoliday2 at 09:00 on 1 February 2021

5.2 The draw will be a chosen at  random. The winner will be chosen in the form of a game of skill. The correct answer deemed by MyHoliday2

5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

6.1 The promoter cannot cancel or postpone the competition without the written authority of the regulatory authority
