Summer Special 2021 Terms & Conditions
The Promoter of this promotion is Puretec Pty Ltd (ABN 44 164 806 688).
By purchasing the Puretec water filter product and registering its warranty online, means you are eligible to win a Weber BBQ. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter the raffle.
The registered customer must be living in Australia.
Content Restrictions: the Entry must not contain: (i) material that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights; (ii) material that disparages any person or entity; or (iii) material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, and/or defamatory. If this happens, Puretec has the right to block the violators account and delete their comments.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
By participating in the raffle, entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept these ‘Terms & Conditions’ and the decisions of Puretec Pty Ltd, which are final and binding in all matters related to the raffle. The Panel will check the authenticity of each entrant's details. All decisions of the Panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
The raffle closes 28th February 2021. The winner will be contacted through email and SMS on 3rd March 2021.
The winner will receive one (1) Weber® Baby Q (Q1000) Black*.
The Prize will be sent to the winner's given address via courier.

The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning this raffle.
If any prize remains unclaimed after 30 days of the winning submissions being announced, the Promoter may deem that the prize winner is ineligible to receive the prize. The promoter will redraw the raffle.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the registration and the identity of entrants. Proof of registration and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of the Promoter.
If this raffle is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify registered users, suspend, terminate or cancel this raffle, to the extent permitted by law.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this raffle or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
Personal information provided by the registered customers will be used by the Promoter to conduct this raffle and otherwise by contestants’ consent.
