Schedule to Conditions of Entry
Promotion Name   “Oli Burger” Instagram Promotion (“The Promotion”)
Promoter   The Promoter is Nestlé Australia Ltd. ABN 77 000 011 316 trading as Nestlé Professional of 1 Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138.

Promotional Period   The Promotion starts at 12.01am AEDT on 11 January 2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2021.
Entry Method   To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:

(i) Take a photo of the “Oli Burger” and upload it to their Instagram account;
(iI) Tell us: What you love about the “Oli Burger” and add the tag #OliversxHarvestGourmet @harvestgourmet @oliversrealfood

Note: Entrants must their social media account to public so the Promoter can view their entry).

The Promoter will judge entries to determine a winner.
Maximum entries permitted   Multiple unique entries are permitted, however entrants can only win one (1) prize.
Judging Details   Judging will take place at 1pm AEDT on 8 February 2021 at the offices of the Promoter. The most creative, original and suitable entry will be deemed a Major Prize Winner and will be awarded with a Major Prize. The following most creative, original and suitable entry will be deemed a Minor Prize Winner and will be awarded with a Minor Prize.

All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Winner Notification   Major and Minor Prize Winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message by 10 February 2021 at 5pm AEDT.
Prize Winner Publication Details   The first name and first letter of the surname of the Major and Minor Prize Winners will be published on www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners by 24 February 2021 at 5pm AEDT.
Prize Claim Date   All prizes must be claimed by 10 March 2021 at 5pm AEDT by responding to the Prize Winner Notification. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner
Re-Judging and Prize Winner Notification and Publication Details   In the event that the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim date, or an entry is deemed invalid, or otherwise forfeited, the Promoter will rejudge entries to determine prize winners at the offices of the Promoter, at 1pm AEDT on 11 March 2021. The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message and their first name and first letter of the surname will be published www.nestle.com.au/productnews/winners on the same date.
