Terms and Conditions
1. Participants must be 18+ years of age at the time of entry and have current identification as proof of age. As well as: not be legally married to each other or someone else, not be marrying a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother or sister, understand what marriage means and freely consent to marrying.

2. Ring provided to the winner will be from the 'Cluster' range and up to the value of $1,099 OR an alternative up the maximum value as deemed appropriate at the discretion of Watsons Jewellers. Ring provided must be from the range in store.

3. Winner must pick and collect the ring during Watsons Jewellers trading hours between Friday 12th February 2021 - COB Monday 15th February 2021 or they may be ineligible to claim their prize.

4. Any additional expenses incurred, including those associated with the ring such as resizing will be at the expense of the winner, no compensation will be offered by Grant Broadcasters or Watsons Jewellers.

5. The winner must propose at a lunch at Joseph Chromy Wines as organised by Grant Broadcasters between 16 - 20 February, 2021 as negotiated with Grant Broadcasters. The winner is to keep their proposal strictly confidential to third parties until after it has occurred. Audio, photo or video may be captured during the proposal.

6. Participants provide express permission to Grant Broadcasters for the use of their image, as captured via photo, video or audio, for all publications, media, communications and promotions. Participants acknowledge external publications and individuals may share this imaging without the consent of and beyond the control of Grant Broadcasters. No compensation will be provided for the use of any audio, video or images.
