TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is: Rivers Australia at Mosaic Brands Ltd.

2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Mosaic Brands Ltd.

3. You must be logged in or register an account to qualify.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Entry for the competition is to make a purchase over $100 between 12:00:00AM AEDT Thursday 18 March 2021 and 11:59:59PM AEDT Sunday 21 March 2021.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7. Closing date for entry will be Sunday 21 March 2021 11:59PM AEDT. After this date and time then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. Rivers Australia shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prize is as follows: The prize will be awarded in the form of a $500 AU Rivers Australia Online Voucher. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The voucher is Valid for 3 Months after date winning email is sent and must be redeemed in 1 transaction. Minimum spend is $500 and can only be redeemed on Rivers brand or the following sister brands (Autograph, BeMe, Crossroads, Katies, Millers, Rockmans, Noni B, Table 8, Liz Jordan or W.Lane). The voucher cannot be redeemed on 3rd party online exclusive styles (including Homewares, Beauty etc).

14. The Winner Will be chosen at Random on Monday the 29th of March 2021 and notified via an email from competition@rivers.com.au. The winners First Name and State will also be featured in a Rivers Email and On their Social pages.

15. The promoter decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
