Your local Mortgage Brokers Steve & Rebecca Baskerville are offering a “refer a client” promotion. If you refer a client, whether it’s a friend, work colleague or family member for a new loan or refinance, and they set up an appointment with Steve and Rebecca, you will go into the draw to win a $250 Woolworths Group Gift Card. For each referral, you will receive one entry. You can also refer yourself to get an entry!

Simply ask your family and friend to mention your name and contact details to Steve & Rebecca when they first talk to them about applying for a loan. It can be for any type of loan: home; car; equipment; etc.

Entries close at 5pm AWST on Monday 31st May 2021. The winner will be contacted on Tuesday 1st Jue 2021.

This promotion is only available when your referral makes an appointment for a new loan or to refinance through Steve and Rebecca Baskerville – Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers. You need to ensure your referred person mentions your name and contact details when they first start a conversation with Steve and Rebecca Baskerville about obtaining a new loan.
Each referral that books an appointment and mentions your details will give you an entry into the draw to win a $250 Woolworths Group Gift Card.

Entry   During the Promotion Period, entry is free and open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older who refer a client to Steve & Rebecca Baskerville and the client mentions your details when booking an appointment to discuss their loan options.
You can be entered multiple times for each referral. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Selection of Winner   Random draw
The first valid entrant selected by a random draw from the pool of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will win the prize. This competition is a game of chance.

Entries

To enter the competition, you must refer a client to Steve & Rebecca Baskerville – Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers for a loan and when they set up an appointment and mention your details you will be placed into the draw to win.
You can be entered for every referral you make and can refer yourself if you book an appointment for a home loan.
You agree that if you are the winner, you consent to us using your name and/or image to promote this promotion and any products or services we supply.
Selection of Winner

The winner will be drawn at 11am (AWST) on 1st June 2021, at 32 Stirling Street Bunbury. The winner will be notified by email or phone following the draw (within 24 hours).
In the event that the winner is uncontactable via phone and the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries in accordance with paragraph 11 below.
If the Prize is not claimed by 2nd June 2021, a redraw will take place on this day at 11am (AWST) at 32 Stirling Street Bunbury. The winner will be notified by email or phone following the draw (within 24 hours).
The winner is invited to collect the prize from the Promoter’s address. If the winner is unable to collect the prize, the prize will be delivered by mail.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
Prize

The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you win the Prize but do not take it (or part of it) at the time specified by us, then you will forfeit the Prize (or the relevant part of it).
The Prize is valued at $250 (Recommended Retail Price including GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
