Entrants must share their sleep score tracked by any sleep tracking device/app, via Instagram (a post or IG story will be accepted) using “Help me reach peak sleep” and tagging @SheridanAustralia. @SheridanAustralia will then send a link to the competition landing page via direct message, where the entrant will need to enter their contact details to go into a draw to win the prizes.
