1.1 Participation in this Promotion and information regarding redemption of any Prizes forms part of these terms and
conditions.
1.2 By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be

2 Promotional Period
2.1 This promotion commences at 9.00am (AEDT) Monday, 7th June 2021, to 5.00pm (AEDT) Wednesday, 30th June
2021.
3 Eligibility
3.1 This Promotion is only open to residents of Australia.
3.2 Entry is open to all (‘Eligible Entrants’) excluding: directors, management, owners, employees of the Promoter
(and their immediate families), contractors (and their immediate families), their advertising agencies and their
related bodies corporate.
4 Method of participation
4.1 To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the entry form online on www.homehq.com.au during promotional
period.
5 Prizes and winning
5.1 The random prize draw will take place at 10.00am on Friday, 2nd July 2021 at Home HQ Artarmon,
1 Frederick St, Artarmon NSW 2064.
5.2 There will be a total of 5 winners. Each winner will receive one gift card from OSMEN valued at $250.
5.3 Total prize pool value is $1,250.
6 Prize conditions
6.1 Winner will be notified by phone/email within three (3) business days of the draw. The winner will be asked to
produce a valid receipt and proof of identity when claiming the prize. The winner will have his/her details
published on www.homehq.com.au on 6th July 2021.
6.2 If there are any unclaimed or unawarded prize, a prize draw will be conducted on 9th July 2021 at the same time
and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn he/she will be contacted by phone and in writing within
three (3) business days and will have their name published on www.homehq.com.au.
7 Release and indemnity
7.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize once they have been collected by the winner.

8 Termination of Promotion
8.1 If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under
applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the promotion.
9 Decisions final
9.1 The Promoter, at its sole discretion, may accept entries with errors and omissions.

correspondence with participants or any other person will be entered into.

10.1 By entering the Promotion, each participant gives its consents to the Promoter, for an indefinite period, unless
otherwise advised, to use his or her personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and
profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant.
10.2 The participant acknowledges that any personal information provided by the participant is not sensitive

10.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and any photograph of the entrants may be used for
promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless an entrant otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of
accepting their gift. Entrants consent to the Promoter using and disclosing to its agents, contractors and
entities associated with this promotion personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the
purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
