Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to residents of Queensland, aged 18 years or over with a valid Queensland CRN (driver's license number).

Promotion commences at 1:00PM AEST on 24/06/2021 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 11/07/2021 (total "Promotional Period").
Individuals can enter competition either through Facebook or Instagram, or both to double entries.

To enter via Facebook, individuals must complete the following steps within the Promotional Period:

All entrants must follow PPQ Personalised Plates Queensland official Facebook page. All entrants must comment on the “PPQ Travels” Competition post by adding a photo/ video of their plates at their travel destination and tell us their travel destination.
To enter via Instagram, individuals must complete the following steps within the Promotional Period:
All entrants must follow @personalisedplatesqld (Personalised Plates Queensland official Instagram page URL: https://www.instagram.com/personalisedplatesqld)
All entrants must post a photo/video of their plates at their travel destination with the hashtag #PPQtravel and tell us their travel destination.
To be eligible for entry, entrants’ profiles must be kept public for the duration of the Instagram promotional period.
A total of one (1) prize winner will be decided by Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited trading as Personalised Plates Queensland. Winner will be drawn on Monday 12th July 2021 at 09.00 am AEST at Level 2, 99 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane (Prize Draw Date).
Winner will win one (1) Virtual Prepaid Mastercard to the value of $500.00. Total prize value is $500.00. Terms and conditions for Virtual Prepaid Mastercard apply and can be found at https://giftcardstore.com.au/terms/
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize winner will consist of the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions that is drawn by Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited trading as Publicis Personalised Plates at Level 2, 99 Melbourne St, South Brisbane, QLD 4101 by random computer selection at 9.00AM AEST 12/07/2021. The winner will be notified by a direct message on the respective social media platform used to enter the competition after 9.00AM AEST on the Prize Draw Date.
Multiple entries per social media platform are accepted provided the travel destination differs in each entry. Therefore one (1) entry per travel destination is accepted per social media platform and in accordance with the approved steps on each submission. Duplicated entries per travel destination across both Instagram and Facebook is accepted and encouraged.
Duplicate entries for the same plate image at the same travel destination will be deemed invalid and deleted from the Competition entry pool. The time the duplicate entry was submitted will be taken into consideration and only the earliest entry of the duplicate plate combination will be included within entry pool.
Entrants must be the primary or secondary rights holder of the plate to submit a plate image or video.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
If a prize is not claimed or the entry is deemed invalid by 9:00AM AEST on the 14/07/2021, a subsequent draw for the next valid entry may take place at 10:00AM AEST on the 14/07/2021 at the same place as the original draw.
Entry by comment or friend tag and/ or use of hashtag #PPQtravels is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the competition.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By entering the Competition, each entrant releases Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the Competition.
All information provided by a Promotion entrant is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Facebook.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Entrants consent to PPQ using their name, likeness, image, video, plate story and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by PPQ.
This is a game of chance, skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be notified by a direct message from @personalisedplatesqld through Instagram or a direct message from PPQ Personalised Plates Queensland through Facebook Messenger.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the Competition including but not limited to comments, recordings, images and videos (“Content”). The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that:
they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, [Censored]ographic, sexually inappropriate, dangerous, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication;
their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
they will obtain prior consent from any person or from the owner(s) of any property that appears in their Content;
the Content is the original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party;
they consent to any use of the Content which may otherwise infringe the Content creator’s/creators’ moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights; and
they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.
Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.

Images and/or videos displaying vehicle modifications that do not comply with the Department of Transport and Main Roads standards and guidelines that apply to the modification of vehicles for use on Queensland roads will be deleted from the Competition pool. Entrants agree that the above may result in adverse publicity and harm to PPQ. Without limitation, some examples of modifications that would not comply with the above standards are (i) driving lamps fitted incorrectly; (ii) non-standard window tints not fitted correctly; or (iii) prohibited cosmetic lighting.

As a condition of entering this Competition, each entrant licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or Faking and/or use of a prize.
