Terms and Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion ‘Carnival Cash’ will be known as the Major Promotion.
Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Major Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 26th July 2021 until approximately 5:30pm on Sunday 29th August 2021.
Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days each hour of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
There will be 4 weekly draws and 1 major draw. The weekly draw days will be conducted on 1, 8, 15 & 22nd. Major Draw on 29th of August.
At each week five (5) winners will be drawn out
1 entrant for that week’s prize draw will be drawn at 2:30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm, 4.30pm.
A member can only claim 1 prize per draw day.
Each member drawn will proceed to the reception area and get a total of 3 turns of laughing clown, with the score from each turn being added for their total score.
Once a member has their score totalled, it will be written on the display board where the position you come will determine the prize won.Prize list as follows:

Once the final member has had their turn at 4:30pm, prizes will be distributed as per their placings. If 2 members have the same score, the prize pool for their positions are pooled and then divided evenly.
If a member cannot remain in the venue, their winnings will be held onsite until they are able to collect from a duty manager.
Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law
Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
