TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

(a) Competition entries can be made from 9.00am AEST on 5 August 2021 until

11.59pm AEST on 5 September 2021 through the Promoter’s websites;

Entries received outside the Competition period will not be eligible or

accepted.

(b) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will

be deemed void.

(c) Entry is conditional upon entrants spending $20.00 AUD on any product

(excludes prescription items) in store or online at any Chemist Warehouse,

My Chemist or epharmacy keeping transactions in the form of a valid

purchase receipt number.

(d) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible,

misdirected or damaged however caused.

(e) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

(f) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding

multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.

3. Who May Enter

(a) The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of

age.

(b) The Competition is not open to:

(i) Employees of the Promoter;

(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this

Competition;

(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and

(iv) Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.

4. Prize

(a) The prize consists of; Return economy flights, from winners nearest capital

city, for six people (if winner is from Greater Sydney no flights or

accommodation will be provided) to NRL Grand Final on 3 October 2021, 1 x

night accommodation, 3 x twin share, 4 star accommodation. Total prize

value up to $9,700.

(b) The prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be

exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any

attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable

consideration, will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter has the

sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters.

(c) If the prize is unable to be awarded due to COVID restrictions a prize to an

equivalent value will be offered for 2022.

5. Selecting the Winners

(a) The competition winner will be selected at 3.00pm AEST on Wednesday 8th

September 2021.

(b) All Competition winners will be randomly drawn using automated competition

drawing software (TPAL). The Competition will be drawn at TPAL, Level 2, 11

York St, Sydney 2000.
