Terms and Conditions of Entry



General

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.



Who can enter

Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, who have fulfilled the requirements of these Terms and Conditions ('Eligible Entrants').

Employees, contractors and their immediate families, of the Promoter and Permitz Group Pty Ltd (www.permitzgroup.com.au), their franchisees, agents, or Related Bodies Corporate (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.

How to enter

To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below), go to www.betta.com.au, follow the links and join Club Betta (if not already a member). Club Betta members will be sent a link to enter monthly via email and must follow the instructions provided in the email.
Printing and other quality-control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant-win game materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email address, to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.



Number of Entries permitted

Entrants may only enter this competition once. If any entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries, their entries may be invalidated.


Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates

The competition commences on 01/05/2021 at 12:00 AM and closes 29/04/2022 at 11:59 PM ('Promotional Period'). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

The winners will be those who are notified instantly on screen in accordance with the method outlined in clause 6, subject to the Promoter verifying each winner is an Eligible Entrant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The winners will be confirmed by email within two business days. Major Prize winners will also be published at betta.com.au for 28 day on the 6th business day following the end of each calendar month of the competition, being 07/06/2021, 06/07/2021, 06/08/2021, 06/09/2021, 06/10/2021, 08/11/2021, 06/12/2021, 06/01/2022, 07/02/2022, 07/03/2022, 06/04/2022, 06/05/2022.

Prizes (or in the case of vouchers, prize confirmations) will be sent via email within 28 days of the draw.

The Promoter will conduct a draw on 29/07/2022 at 11:00 AM AEST at the premises of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd, 18/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD in order to distribute any prizes awarded but unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. Winners of any further draws will be notified by email within two business days of the draw. Winners of any unclaimed major prizes will also be published at betta.com.au for 28 day from 01/08/2022.
