1. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Australian Residents aged 18 and over.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter
2. Entry
• The Promotion commences on 12:00 10/11/21 and entries close on 9:00am 24/11/21
• To enter, eligible entrants like & follow on specific Facebook post on Alpha Facebook & Instagram pages during the Promotion Period and enter via facebook.com or instagram.com
3. Prizes and winning
• The random prize draw will take place at 11:00am on 24/10/21 at 55 Pendlebury Road, Cardiff NSW 2285
• The winners will receive 200 pieces of 125 x 1.0mm cutting wheels, 8l cooler box, Black Panther Snips (29-701B) & Alpha cricket set via redemption
• Total Prize pool value is $250 RRP
4. Prize conditions
• Winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram message or email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners will have their details published on Alpha Tools: Australia Facebook & Instagram page on 25/11/21
• Authorised under NSW permit number: TP/01171
The Winner/s will be individually contacted via Facebook & Instagram direct messenger. The Winner/s will be asked to contact Sheffield group through messenger to provide their full name and address for the Prize to be delivered. The Prize will only be delivered to an Australian address. No changes may be
made to the delivery address after dispatch by Sheffield Group
Where Sheffield Group cannot reasonably contact any Winner/s within seven days of determining the Winner/s, the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner/s to Sheffield Group and the Winner/s will have no claim or recourse against Sheffield Group. Sheffield Group at its discretion may determine another winner of the Prize.
5. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative prizes or products.
6. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Media platform.
7. By participating in the Competition, each Entrant accepts these terms and conditions and warrants that his/her entry/comment does not contain any material that is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane or obscene and is not inappropriate, offensive or negative. Sheffield Group reserves the right to remove/delete any entries it considers libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, inappropriate, offensive or negative.
8. Sheffield Group reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms or conditions.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sheffield Group, its licensees and marketers (including its officers, employees, contractors and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sheffield Group‘s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, altered or lost; or
(d) use of the Prize.
