Giving blood is one of the most generous things you can do. Last year, we showed our appreciation by giving you the chance to win big. You told us you loved it, so we’re doing it again!

 

Getting your name in the draw is easy.
Download the Donate Blood app.  
Register a donor account.
Join your Lifeblood Team (just go to the Preferences section under ‘More’ and search the name of your Uni or TAFE).
That’s it, you’re in the draw!

Competition Terms and Conditions


1. This prize draw is a promotional game conducted by Australian Red Cross Lifeblood.
2. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions, and confirm that you meet the entry
requirements.
3. The promotion opens at 9.00am, Monday 14 February 2022 AEDT and closes at 11.59pm, Sunday
10 April 2022 AEDT.
4. Entry is open to individuals residing in Australia during the promotional period who joins or is an
existing member of a tertiary Lifeblood Team. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood reserves the right to
verify the identity of entrants at any time and may disqualify any person who submits an entry that
is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is free to
accept entries which contain errors and omission at its discretion.
5. Any new or existing member of a tertiary Lifeblood Team during the competition period will be
automatically entered into the competition.
6. Ten (10) x winners be randomly drawn from all entries.
7. Entry into the competition is free.
8. The winners will be notified via email on or after Monday 18 April 2022.
9. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood’s decision of the winners is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
10. Ten (10) x $100 Visa gift cards will  be awarded to each winner. A Visa gift card:
• is valid for three (3) years from the date of redemption. This is in accordance with
Australian Consumer Law
• will be sent by post to the winner once Lifeblood has received confirmation of acceptance
• is not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be provided (except as required by law)
11. The prize will be drawn one week after competition ends. If any of the prize winners cannot be
contacted and confirmed within seven (7) days of the prize draw, then a new winner will be drawn
from the remaining entrants
12. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood accepts no responsibility for undelivered mail or incorrectly
provided email address information.
13. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood reserves the right to offer a
replacement prize (of equal or lesser value) if the advertised prize is not available.
14. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if it
cannot be run due to any reason beyond Australian Red Cross Lifeblood’s control, or if Australian
Red Cross Lifeblood determines that the integrity or administration of the promotion has been
adversely affected due to circumstances beyond its control.
15. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood may also disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process.
16. Australian Red Cross Lifeblood will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or injury sustained
by any entrant in connection with this prize draw, a prize or redemption of a prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum
allowable by law).
17. Any personal information you provide to Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in the course of entering
the competition will be dealt with by Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in accordance with these terms
