The prize money will be directly deposited into the winner’s nominated bank account within 2 weeks after prize is claimed. Winner will be obligated to participate in some marketing/promotional activities around competition. Crunch Fitness shall not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected) with this promotion.
Crunch shall not be liable for the loss of any prize during distribution to the winner. Prize is non-transferable. Competition starts Wednesday 1st December 2021 and ends Monday 28th Feb 2022. Winner will be drawn on Tuesday 8th March 2022 and announced by Tuesday 15th March 2022 on social media. Winner will also be contacted via email and telephone. Prize must be claimed by Friday 1st April 2022.
