D. Competition Period The competition period is between 12.01 am AEDT, Tuesday 1 February 2022, and 11.59 pm AEDT on Thursday 31 March 2022.

E. Entry Restrictions To be eligible to participate in this promotion and win, all entrants must:

    • be 18 years or over

    • enter the competition as outlined in the Entry Method below online

    • only entries confirmed during the competition period will be valid

F. Entry Method There is one method of entry to submit valid entries into our competition.

    i. complete the entry form located on the promotion website https://promo.whiteint.com.au/btw2022

and;

    ii. Answer “in 10 words or less, what is your favourite tool you can’t work without”

G. Maximum Entries per person: Only one entry.

H. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged, based on creativity, originality, and suitability, by a panel of judges who are representatives of White International Pty Ltd

I. Judging Date and Time Valid entries will be judged on Monday 4th April 2022 at 10.00 a.m. AEST in Sydney at White International, 60 Ashford Avenue, Milperra NSW 2214.

J. Prize Details There are 3 prizes:

M. Notification to Winners. The winners will be notified in writing by email and/or telephone, as appropriate by 5 pm on Monday 4th April 2022. The winners’ names will be published on the
White International website http://www.whiteint.com.au/btw2022

N. Prize Claim Date Winners must claim their prize within 2 weeks of the prize judgment.

O. Failure to claim, forfeiture, and redraw of prizes White International reserves the right to re-judge and select a new winner/s in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the Prize by the Prize Claim Date and Time. If a Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, White International will conduct further rounds of judging, as required, at the same time and place as the original judging, one (1) month after the original draw date.



Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the schedule above. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Participation in this competition confirms you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions herein.

No reliance should be placed on representations other than in these terms and conditions.

2. Any reference to ‘us, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘White International’ in these terms and conditions shall mean White International Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 48 000 119 380) and its subsidiaries and licensees, the “Promoter” of the competition.

3. White International may, in its sole discretion, prohibit or disqualify any person, whom it believes to be abusing the rules, from being eligible to win. Such abuse includes but is not limited to, entering false information. The promoter’s decision is final in the case of a dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Collection and use of personal information for the purpose of this competition is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website

5. In participating in the prize activity, the winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to this promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed, video-recorded, and photographed. The winner agrees to grant White International and its related entities a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such audio, footage, and/or photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. The winner agrees that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story, video, and/or photographs to any media or
other organisation.

6. Printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player will not be used as the sole basis for refusal to award a prize.

7. The judges’ decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification at all. White International will contact the Winner in accordance with the Notification of Winner's provision to arrange for delivery of the Prize. Delivery of prizes to the winner will be conducted via courier to the winner’s
nominated address.

8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
