The People’s Place Competition Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Promoter
The Promoter is Fed Square Pty Ltd ACN 085 731 479 of Corner Swanston St & Flinders St, Melbourne VIC 3000 (We, us, our, Promoter).
The Competition and the Promotion
On Thursday 20 January 2022 Fed Square relaunches The People’s Place – a website which enables members of the public to submit their photos and
videos of their experience at Fed Square, which may then feature on the Fed Square Big Screen, to be viewed by the public. To celebrate the relaunch
of The People’s Place, Fed Square is running a competition which enables people who submit entries to The People’s Place during the competition
promotion period to be entered into a draw to win The Ultimate Fed Square Experience Prize Pack.
Terms and Conditions of Application
By submitting your entry to The People’s Place website (https://fedsquare.com/the-peoples-place) during the Competition Period, the Applicant accepts
these Terms and Conditions and warrants they are authorised to enter into the Promotions.
Competition Period
The People’s Place Competition Promotion will be open for submissions from Thursday 20 January 2022 until the end of the competition period, 5pm
AEDT on 31 March 2022.
Who is eligible for the Promotions?
The Promotions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Applications for each of the Promotions is open to all Australian residents
(Eligible Applicant). Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to apply. Any Eligible Applicant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or
interferes with the registration process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the registration process will be ineligible for the Promotions.
All Applicants under the age of 18 years must have their parent or guardian consent to enter into the Promotions.
How to enter the Promotion?
By submitting a completed entry to The People’s Place website (https://fedsquare.com/the-peoples-place), the Applicant has been entered into the
relevant Promotion.
Prize draws
The Promotion Prize winner will be drawn at random following competition closing date and notified via email. This will be judged by the Promoter at the
Promoter’s absolute discretion.
Promotion winner receives
The total prize pool is valued at $2780 and includes:
1 x $500 Fed Square Dining voucher, for a restaurant of the Promotion Prize Winner’s choosing
• 1 x $580 Melbourne River Cruises Restaurant experience for four x adults to dine
• 1 x $500 AirBnb voucher
• 1 x $500 Red Balloon voucher

The Promotion Prize is limited to one (1) per Eligible Applicant. The Promotion Prize pack is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable
for cash.
Confirming the winner of the Promotion
The Promotion Prize winner will be notified by email after the competition closing date of 31 March, 2022. The email will be sent on the date the
competition is drawn, by 5pm AEDT on Friday 8 April, 2022
The Winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s Website for 28 days following the Promotion. Prizes must be collected from Fed Square, or
arrangements made with Fed Square marketing staff to send the prizes by mail and email within 28 days of notification. Failure to claim the Promotion
Prize within 28 days of notification means the terms of the Promotion Prize will lapse and for each unclaimed Promotion Prize, new winners will be
selected by random chance from all Eligible Applicants.
Personal Information
The Applicant acknowledges that it provides certain information submitted via the registration process is to be used by the Promoter for future
promotional purposes. Individual's personal information cannot be disclosed without the individual's consent. Personal information will be handled
according to the Personal Information Collection Statement on the Application Form and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at
www.fedsquare.com/privacypolicy.
Acknowledging and promoting success
Successful recipients acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may publish the details of the successful recipient including the story, in Fed Square's
marketing material or reports, including social media, Fed Square's website, brochures or newspapers.
General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from an Eligible Applicant receiving the prize in the Promotion. To the extent
permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential
loss or damage, loss revenue or profit) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or accepting the prize. If, for any reason
whatsoever, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention,
fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or
proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves its right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and
Territory regulations. The Promoter reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion in excluding entries that it considers to be contrary to law and
to substitute the prize for another of equal value if the prize is unavailable or unable to be supplied.
