Promotion Name: 10 x $100 Gift cards to Win.

Promotion Type: Game of chance.

Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 06.00am AEDST on 18th April 2022 and close at 17:00pm on 31st MAY 2022.

Entry restrictions

This promotion is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over for purchases made in Australia. Employees (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter, of Participating Stores or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate Family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin and the persons referred to above includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its absolute discretion.

How to enter

purchase any FMG Branded product in one transaction from a Participating FMG Stockist Outlet (Qualifying Purchase);

retain your itemised purchase receipt from your Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase);  and

 visit the www.fmgindustries.com.au/promotions and submit the online entry form.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the products purchased and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period but prior to entry).  

There is an unlimited amount of entries per day provided that each entry is based on a separate Qualifying Purchase & you have separate Proof of Purchase to accompany each entry. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Notification

Winner will be notified by phone within 2 business days of the applicable draw and their name will be published online at FMG Industries.com.au. and on our social media platforms.

 Collection/use of personal information  

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.  You consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter (FMG Industries, we, us or our) collects your personal information via this entry form when you submit an entry to this Consumer Competition.  

We collect this personal information for the purposes of your entry into the Promotion.

Prize claim date and time

Prize must be claimed by the 14th of June 2022.

Multiple entries are permitted providing they meet the conditions of entry stipulated above.

Additional prize terms and Verification Requirements: Major Prize

Entrants must, at the request of the Promoter, provide proof of identity, age and residency.

Once the winner has been verified by the Promoter, they need to provide a valid email address for the prize to be sent to. The voucher will be purchased online by the Promoter and sent direct to the winner’s nominated address/email address.
