Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 who are the primary cardholder or nominated points earner of an existing ANZ Rewards credit card account or an ANZ Business Rewards credit card account (“Rewards Account”) at the start of the Promotional Period (defined below) (“Eligible Entrant”). Cardholders will not be eligible to enter the competition if any repayments are overdue on their credit card account. Eligible Entrants must have a valid email address registered to their Rewards Account.  

1. Employees and Directors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (including SCENTRE GROUP Limited) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

2. Entries into the promotion open on 9:00AM AEST on 01/06/22 and close at 11:59PM AEST on 31/07/22 (“Promotional Period”).  

3. To enter the Promotion during the Promotional Period, Eligible Entrants must redeem their ANZ Reward Points or ANZ Business Reward Points for a physical Westfield Gift Card available in the ANZ Rewards and ANZ Business Rewards programs (“Eligible Redemption”).  All Eligible Redemptions must be made by the close of the Promotional Period to be eligible for entry. If you are an ANZ Rewards customer, this can be done either online at anzrewards.com or by calling the ANZ Rewards Centre on 1300 367 763 Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm AEST during the Promotional Period. If you are an ANZ Business Rewards customer this can be done either online at businessrewards.anz.com or by calling 1300 361 657, Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm AEST during the Promotional Period. For each Eligible Redemption made during the Promotional Period, Eligible Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw. For the removal of doubt, Eligible Entrants will only receive one (1) entry PER Eligible Redemption regardless of the number of gift cards redeemed in that transaction in excess of one (1).  

4. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Redemption regardless of the number of gift cards redeemed in that transaction in excess of one (1); (b) each entry must be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and (c) only one (1) prize per Eligible Entrant (excluding residents of SA).  

5. Any cancelled or returned Eligible Redemptions will invalidate an Eligible Entrant’s entry into this promotion. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries and instances where Eligible Entrants are not automatically entered into the draw due to forces beyond the Promoter’s control.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrant (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

 7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.

8. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the ANZ Rewards or ANZ Business Rewards Centre.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

10. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 on 15/08/22 at 10:00AM AEST (“Draws”). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified in writing via the email registered to their Rewards Account (within seven (7) business days of the Draw) and their name/s will be published at anzrewards.com or businessrewards.anz.com from 22/08/22. Prizes will be posted to the name and address in the winners’ reward accounts within thirty (30) business days of the winner being verified. PO Boxes are not accepted as a delivery address. Entry details will be solely used for the purposes of administering the competition and will then be destroyed by the Promoter.

 11. The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win Westfield Gift Cards to the value of $1,000. Westfield Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of two (2) years from date of issue. 12. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.  

13. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

14. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card itself. Once the gift card expires any remaining balance will be forfeited.

15. Total national prize pool value is $5,000.

16. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or re-sold, unless otherwise specified. Tax implications may arise from the prize winnings. Independent advice should be sought.

17. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 15/08/22 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing via the email registered to their Rewards Account (within seven (7) business days of the draw and their name/s will be published at anzrewards.com or businessrewards.anz.com from 22/08/2022.

 18. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Neither the Promoter nor Anisimoff Legal are responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

19. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

20. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

21. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents and Apple) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

 22. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, pandemic, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, termination, modify or suspend the competition and / or recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any applicable laws.  

23. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and following the Promotion will destroy such information.
