Terms & Conditions

The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST/AEDT on Monday 20th June 2022. Registrants must have successfully completed their registration by 11:59PM AEST/ AEDT on Sunday 31st July 2022 to be eligible to win the Prize.

Draw Date and Time

Winners will be drawn on Tuesday August 2nd 2022 at 12:00 noon AEST.

Entry Method

To enter, entrants must register to participate and fundraise for Jeans for Genes Bake it Blue at https://fundraise.jeansforgenes.org.au/bake-it-blue on or before Sunday 31st July 2022. Each registrant will be entered into the draw once.

Entry Restrictions

Entrants must be Australian residents and be at least 18 years of age or, if under 18 years of age, entrant must have obtained the express approval of a parent/guardian to register for Jeans for Genes and enter the draw.

The Draw

Each valid registration will be entered in the draw.

Two entries will be separately and randomly drawn.

Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

CMRI’s decision in relation to any aspect of the draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late entries.

Prize Details

2 KitchenAid stand mixers (model: KSM160, colour: blue velvet) will be given away to 2 randomly drawn winners.
Note: Comes with stainless steel mixing bowl. Ceramic mixing bowl shown in pictures is sold separately.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw being determined.

Prize Claim Date & Time

Prizes must be claimed within 31 days of the draw date. CMRI reserves the right to conduct a further draw if either winner does not acknowledge CMRI’s communications and/or arrange to accept delivery of the Prize by 5pm on 2nd September 2022. The Prize will be sent via a tracked mail service to the winner’s nominated postal address
