StrataGreen “TerraCottem Photo Competition” Terms & Conditions:
1. The Promoter is Strata Corporation Pty. Ltd. trading as StrataGreen, 5 Barrel Way, 6155 Perth,

2. The Promotion is called “TerraCottem Photo Competition”
3. Entrants must be Australian residents aged over 18.
4. Multiple entries permitted.
5. To enter, go to our competition website https://stratagreen.com.au/terracottemphotocompetition/ and enter all fields via our entry form.
6. Employees or family members of the Promoter are unable to enter.
7. Promotion will start June 1st, 2022 10.30a.m. AWST and close August 31st, 2022, midnight AWST.
8. Images can be taken with your phone or any other device and uploaded or dropped on our
landing page https://stratagreen.com.au/terracottemphoto-competition/
9. Prize consists of: 1xTerraCottem Universal 5kg, Cyclone Shovel, Maxisafe Gloves, TerraCottem hat,
Felco Shears and a Travel Mug valued at $339 RRP. Total prize pool of $1017 RRP.
10. The three winners will be drawn by random.
11. The prizes will be supplied to the three winners within 28 days after expiry of the offer period on
best effort basis.
12. StrataGreen will not be liable for any loss/damage that may arise.
13. Winners will be drawn randomly on September 1st 2022, 10am AWST. at StrataGreen at 5 Barrel
Way, 6155 Perth. and published on our promotional competition page and social media accounts by
5pm AWST on September 1st, 2022.
14. The winners will be notified in writing by email of the prize on September 1st, 2022.
15. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
16. All entrants consent to any information provided through our promotional page being collected
and used for all ongoing marketing activities StrataGreen deems suitable.
17. In the event that the prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on December
1st, 2022 at the same time and location as the original draw.
18. The unclaimed prize winner will be emailed on January 10th, 2023 and published on January 11th,
2023 at https://stratagreen.com.au/terracottem-photo-competition/ or on the Promoters website.
