ENTRANTS
Australian Residents aged 18 years and over.
EXCLUSIONS
Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition, and the
immediate family of all such employees.
ENTRY PERIOD
Starts: 9am AEST on Thursday 21st July 2022 and ends at 11.59pm on Thursday 11th August 2022.
LIMIT
One entry per person.
DRAW
This promotion is a game of chance. The Competition draw will take place Tuesday 16th August in the
offices of the Promoter.
NOTIFICATION
Via email on Tuesday 16th August 2022 by 5:00pm.
ENTRY
For the chance to win enter your first name, last name, email address, post code, and number of kids
on the way or under 2 in the form at www.australianeggs.org.au/hushbaby
PRIZING
There are 5 prizes, each consisting of 1 x HushBaby Meal Time Gift Box, valued at $99. Each Meal
Time Gift Box contains:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The prize is not exchangeable for cash. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be
forfeited by the winner, no compensation will be provided by the Promoter.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to
fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter, or anything which corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter
reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion,
subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The
Special Conditions, information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and

Entry is open only to the Entrants.
This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the
Promoter during the Entry Period.
Entries received after the Entry Period will not count towards the Competition. The Promoter is not
responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit.
Entry to this Competition is free.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for
tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter's sole
discretion, comply with these Terms and Conditions.
No changes allowed once the prize has been posted.
WINNERS
The Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification method outlined. Winners’ names
will also be published at www.australianeggs.org.au/hushbaby on Tuesday 16th August 2022 by
5:00pm.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Any prize not claimed within 1 week of the date of the prizes won, will be re-drawn.
LIABILITY
The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, contractors and agencies associated with this
Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss),
damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation that caused by
any person’s negligence) relating to this Promotion or the awarding or redemption of any prize
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the
minimum amount allowable by law).
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
A prize winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which
cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These rights include a statutory
guarantee that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill and
that any goods supplied will be of acceptable quality. These Conditions of Entry do not exclude,
restrict or modify those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to
do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those
contained within the Australian Consumer Law, regarding the quality and suitability of any prize and
will not be responsible for breach of any such terms.

Entrants release Facebook, Instagram and its/their associated companies from all liability arising in
respect of the Promotion and acknowledge that: (a) the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed
