To enter the draw to win the prize, Entrants must purchase the Today’s Special Offer (TSO), available from 8:30am AEST 24 July 2022 until 8:29am 25th July 2022 on air or via the TVSN website. On 25 July 2022 entrants will receive an email asking to them to partake in the SKINN Two Week Challenge Competition. Entrants will need to take a ‘before’ photo of their face (both front and side), use the TSO SKINN’s Pep40 Collection daily for two weeks, take an ‘after’ photo of their results and send photos to: competitions@tvsn.com.au.

SKINN Two Week Challenge Competition
1      Information on how to enter and the prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3      Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years old. Permanent and casual employees of the Promoter contractors, subcontractors and subsidiary agents of the Promoter, and members of such persons’ immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
4      The competition opens at 8:30am AEST 24 July 2022 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 31 August 2022. The winners will be announced on 2 September 2022 and contacted via email and announced on tvsn.com.au and tvsn.co.nz thereafter.

6      Entrants may enter once only and will be automatically entered once entrants submit their ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos to the competitions@tvsn.com.au email.

7      This is a game of chance and the Winner is determined at random.
8      Notwithstanding clause 5, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible to enter the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to deem any entries incomplete or incomprehensive and therefore ineligible in its sole discretion.
9      Entrants must not include any offensive or inappropriate material in their entries or any material that if used by the Promoter would infringe any third party intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate such entries it deems offensive or inappropriate.
10      The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions. The right to use granted in this clause includes a right to modify, adapt and exploit the content of the winning entries for use in this competition or any other competition conducted by the Promoter, its related entities or commercial partners. To the extent moral rights exist in the content of winning entries, the right to use extends to a right to use the content in the winning entries without attribution of the author and a right to make any form of modification without first obtaining the consent of the author.

11      If a prize remains unclaimed a week after the announcement date, then the prize will be forfeited by the original winner and the Promoter may, at its discretion, redraw another winner on 9 September 2022.

Each prize pack is valued at $168.95 Values are in AUD and are correct at the time of printing.
13      The total prize pool is $506.85. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value or contents of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed.
14      Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
15      The Promoter, their associated agents, and companies associated with this competition will take no responsibility for prizes or deliveries damaged or lost or delayed in transit.
16      By entering into this competition, New Zealand Entrant’s acknowledge and accept that the delivery of prizes may be delayed as a result of closed international borders, and that the Promoter is not responsible for any such delay.
17      Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
(a)    a prize winner does not satisfy the competition entry requirements; or
(b)    the Promoter cannot conduct the competition or award the prize for any reason beyond its control.
18      Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the competition or varies or withdraws the prize it shall not:
(a)    be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
(b)    be required to conduct the competition at any other time.
19      Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the prize, any goods or services attained through accepting and using the prize or entering the competition.
20      Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoters, website(s), the information on the Promoter’s website, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should an Entrant attempt to damage their normal functioning of the Promoters website, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21      If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these terms and conditions, that Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner, and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, or refund the prize.
22      The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
23      The Promoter reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to tampering with the entry process, engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that is calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
24      The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet connectivity or network congestion, including injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person's computer related to participation in this competition and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
25      Upon entry into the competition an Entrant gives permission for the use of personal data and information by the Promoter.
