Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Competition Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by each entrant.
2. Auswide Bank Ltd ABN 40 087 652 060, Australian Financial Services & Australian Credit Licence 239686, Level 2, 16 – 20 Barolin Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670 (“Auswide Bank”) is the Promoter of this Promotion (“Promoter”).
3. This Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST Monday, 15th August 2022 and closes at 11:59pm AEST Thursday, 1st September 2022 (“Promotion Period”), with the winner being drawn on or after Friday 2nd September 2022.
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents, excluding Auswide Bank employees, management, officers and directors. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
5. To enter the Promotion, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period, submit an online entry form on the Auswide Bank Mates Date page at www.auswidebank.com.au/matesdates.
6. Prizes are won and selected by a random number generator. Prize is not transferrable, except at our discretion.
7. Prizes are subject to venue availability.
8. The prize must be claimed and used by 4th December 2022.
9. The date of the prize being booked is subject to a mutual date agreed upon by all parties involved.
10. All prize events will take place in the South East region of Queensland.
11. The “Entrant” is responsible for all costs, which may occur outside of the prize, which could include
travel, accommodation, etc. Auswide Bank is not responsible if the “Entrant” is unable to arrive at the
agreed venue and time due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
13. The prize includes:
a. Go Karting will be conducted at Kensington Park Raceway or another suitable venue with a similar activity to the value of$800.
b. Top Golf will be conducted at the venue in the Gold Coast or a similar activity to the value of $800. c. XXXX Tour and lunch at the Caxton Hotel will be conducted at those venues or at another suitable
venue with a similar activity to the value of $800.
14. We may, in our absolute discretion, declare your entry invalid or disqualify you if you tamper with the
entry process or otherwise act in a way that jeopardises the fairness of the competition.
15. If a winner forfeits their prize, the Promoter will conduct a re-draw of the Promotion from the entries
submitted. The new winner will be notified on their contact telephone or mobile number and in writing to
their email address.
16. Nominees may include natural fathers, adoptive fathers, step fathers, foster fathers and grandfathers
raising their grandchildren or other significant person acting as a ‘fatherhood figure’.
17. The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry form is submitted by the Entrant.
 
18. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we exclude all liability for any loss which is suffered or incurred in connection with the competition. We will not be responsible for any technical, communications or other errors in the course of conducting the competition, nor failure of safe delivery of a prize.
20. All of our decisions in relation to the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. You completely release Facebook and Instagram from all liability in relation to the competition and
acknowledge that it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
22. By entering this Promotion, entrants (including ‘Father’ and selected 3 mates) agree to sign a Talent
Release Form before or at the time of the event.
23. By entering this Promotion, entrants understand and acknowledge Auswide Bank’s Privacy Policy and
consent to the Promoter using or disclosing their personal information to achieve the purposes for which they provided it.
