CAMP STARTER PACK WITH COLEMAN
COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Open to Australian Residents over the age of 18.
2. One entry per form submission. One additional entry for liking RV Boss Facebook page, RV Boss Instagram
page, Coleman Facebook page and/or Coleman Instagram page, sharing of Ad banner on social media pages/
stories with @rvboss tagged and for tagging of friend within the comments.
3. The Competition will run from 00:00 (AEST) Monday 12 September 2022 until 23:59 (AEST) Sunday 2
October 2022. Prizes will be drawn on Friday 7 October 2022. Winner will be notified by phone and email. A
Facebook and Instagram post will be published by RV Boss. The winner will also be announced on the landing
page found at https://rvboss.com.au/coleman-camp-starter-pack/
4. This is a game of creativity. Each entry will judged and assorted at the discretion of RV Boss. All entries must
be made by the individual entrant between the time period of the competition duration.
5. Entry requirements – Entrants must complete the competition entry form including your name,email,
postcode and favourite meal to make while camping. Incomplete form submissions will deemed invalid and
not accepted.
6. The prize winner acknowledges they will need to provide their full residential and postal address upon
winning for shipping purposes. This information will not be shared with third parties. Shipping costs will be
incurred by RV Boss for the dispertion of competition goods. Winners have the option to collect their prize at
the Northgate, QLD head office.
7. 1 winner will receive the following:

3. 2 x 5 Position Padded Chairs Aluminium (SKU 2107599)
8. Employees and their immediate families of the promotor (Anaconda Group Pty Ltd), are not eligible to
enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, child, parent, grand parent,
sibling, uncle, aunt or cousin.
9. Fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
10. The Promoter may use the entrants' names and email addresses for future promotional and marketing in
various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants reserve the right to
unsubscribe to all marketing activity at any time. This information will not be shared with any third parties
unless an opt-in has been performed.
11. The prize pack on offer is limited to one person.
12. Winners agree and consent to being contacted in regards to publicity opportunities including but not limited
to: photos, statements for press releases, testimonials, etc.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and a valid driver’s
license. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
14. If for any reason the proper conduct of this promotion is compromised due to infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control
of the Promoter, hich corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity of this promotion,
the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant or cancel this Promotion.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this
promotion and in conjunction with these prize Terms.
16. All personal details of winning entrants will be stored electronically at the office of the Promoter or its
agency acting on its behalf in relation to this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any
information should be directed to the Promoter. This information will not be shared with any third parties
unless an opt-in has been performed.

17. The winner/s consents to their name, town/suburb of residence and a photo being published by the
Promoter including, but not limited to, being published on the Promoter’s Internet site, Competition site,
social media pages, in their stores and in marketing material as a condition of acceptance of the prize.
Further information will be published only with the permission of the winner.Prizes will be assigned to
winners by the Promoter.
18. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any
third party vendor terms and conditions.
19. RV Boss and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged
in transit.
20. If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the promoter’s control
then a similar prize of equal value, will be awarded in lieu.
21. If the prize/s are not claimed within 3 months of the Initial Prize Selection, an unclaimed prize selection
will be conducted at the Promoter’s office
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without
limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or
sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using
any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the
minimum allowable by law).
23. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publish.
All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
variation in prize values.
24. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, subject to the approval of those
authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right
in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, including to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process.
25. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, communications line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any
problems or technical malfunction of any equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received
by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website,
or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s
computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
26. The Promoter will take all necessary steps to ensure that entries are properly recorded and stored, but will
accept no liability if an entry is not recorded or is lost.
27. The Promoter can vary these terms and conditions at any time and will take effect upon publishing on the RV
Boss competition landing page.
