*Please note, winners must be able to travel to Brisbane on Friday, October 28th 2022 to participate in the obstacle course.

On Saturday 29 October 2022, up to two (2) members of the public as well the ten (10) Initial Prize winners will be invited to participate in the Ultimate Obstacle Course Challenge.

Participants will participate in the Ultimate Obstacle Course Challenge and representatives of the Promoter (in their sole and absolute discretion) will deem up to one (1) participant a winner and award them the First Place Prize, Second Place Prize and so on.
  
Entrants must be able to travel to Brisbane on Friday 28 October 2022, to participate in the Ultimate Obstacle Course Challenge on Saturday 29 October 2022. All participants will be filmed on the day for the Promoter and prize supplier’s promotional purposes and will be required to sign an indemnity and release consent form in order to participate.
  
   All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5.00 pm AEDT Monday 24 October 2022 at the Promoter’s premises, for the Initial Prize, and by 12pm on Saturday 29 October 2022, for the First Place Prize, Second Place Prize, and so on. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
 
 All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
  
There are up to ten (10) Initial Prizes to be won as follows:

• one (1) invitation to participate in the ‘The Ultimate Obstacle Course Challenge’ at Reddacliff Place, 266 George St Brisbane City QLD 4000 (Event). The Event will be held from 10.00am AEST on Saturday 29 October 2022.

Travel Prize:

Initial Prize winners whose ordinary place of residence is Sydney will be awarded one (1) Travel Prize each (as determined in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) valued at up to AUD $1,568 (incl GST). The Travel Prize comprises of the following components:

• One (1) adult economy return airfares from Sydney Airport, NSW to Brisbane Airport, QLD (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
• Two (2) nights minimum at 4.5 star accommodation at the Hilton Brisbane, King Room 190 Elizabeth Street Brisbane QLD 4000, as specified by the Promoter;
• Return transfers for the Initial Prize winner from Brisbane Airport to and from their Hilton Brisbane accommodation;

• One (1) AUD $100 Visa e-gift card to be provided by the Promoter to the Initial Prize winner by email; and,
• Invitation to participate in the Carnival Cruise Line Ultimate Obstacle Course Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion), to be advised by the Promoter.

The fastest four (4) entrants at the Event to complete the obstacle course will be awarded the following prizes depending on their finishing place:

Fourth Place Prize

The participant who finishes in fourth place at the Event (as determined in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) will be awarded one (1) Fourth Place Prize for themself and up to three (3) companions (companion may be aged under 18 years of age, to be determined by the Fourth Place Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to AUD $1914 (incl GST). The Fourth Place Prize comprises of the following components:

• Four (4) adult tickets to the Carnival Splendor Tangalooma - Moreton Island Cruise departing from and returning to Overseas Passenger Terminal, Sydney Harbour, NSW from 30 November 2023 to 4 December 2023;
• Four (4) nights in an interior cabin, to be shared by the winner and their companions.

Third Place Prize

The participant who finishes in third place at the Event (as determined in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) will be awarded one (1) Third Place Prize for themselves and up to three (3) companions (companion may be aged under 18 years, to be determined by the Third Place Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to AUD $2316 (incl GST). The Third Place Prize comprises of the following components:
• Four (4) adult tickets to the Carnival Luminosa Airlie Beach Cruise departing from and returning to Brisbane International Cruise Terminal QLD Australia on 19 March 2023 to 23 March 2023;
• Four (4) nights in a balcony cabin, to be shared by the winner and their companions.

Second Place Prize:

The entrant who finishes in second place at the Event (as determined in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), will be awarded one (1) Second Place Prize for themselves and up to three (3) companions (companion may be aged under 18 years, to be determined by the Second Place Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to AUD $4060 (incl GST). The Second Place Prize comprises of the following components:
• Four (4) adult tickets to the Carnival Splendor South Pacific Cruise departing from and returning to Overseas Passenger Terminal Sydney Harbour NSW from 15 May 2023 to 24 May 2023;
• Nine (9) nights in an interior cabin, to be shared by the winner and their companions.

First Place Prize:

The entrant who finishes in first place, will be awarded one (1) First Place Prize for themselves and up to three (3) companions (companion may be aged under 18 years, to be determined by the First Place Prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to AUD $4064 (incl GST.). The First Place Prize comprises of the following components:
• Four (4) adult tickets to the Carnival Luminosa South Pacific Cruise departing from and returning to Brisbane International Cruise Terminal QLD –from 26 March 2023 to 2 April 2023;
• Seven (7) nights in a balcony cabin, to be shared by the winner and their companions.
  
Prize Restrictions:

Prize must be taken on certain dates and locations as offered by the Prize Supplier

Initial and Travel Prize:
Entrants must be able to take the Initial Prize on Saturday 29 October 2022. Entrants awarded the Travel Prize to participate in the Event must be able to take the Prize on Friday 28 October 2022). Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
