Ingenia Holiday Parks, Apollo and Wahu are giving one prize winner the chance to win an epic road trip valued at $3000!

Eligibility:

The competition is only open to individuals who: 
Are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years or older
Are not employees of Ingenia Communities, Apollo Motorhomes, Wahu Australia or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition; 
Are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and 
Have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions 
Each entrant acknowledges that Ingenia Holiday Parks can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Ingenia Holiday Parks only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant.  
Entry: 

The competition commences at 12.01am on Monday 10 October 2022 and entries close at 11.30pm on Wednesday 30 November 2022.
To enter, eligible entrants must register via https://www.ingeniaholidays.com.au/springintosummer and provide their first name, phone and email address.  
Multiple entries per eligible entrant are allowed during the competition period.
Entrants to the “win a $3000 road trip competition” acknowledge that entry to the competition will serve as enrolment to receive the Ingenia Holiday Parks, Wahu and Apollo email newsletters.  
Eligibility for the competition prize will require the entrant to remain a subscriber to the Ingenia Holiday Parks, Apollo and Wahu email newsletter for the duration of the competition period. 
 Submission Conditions:

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Ingenia Holiday Parks accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or lost entries. 
Ingenia Holiday Park accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by Ingenia Holiday Parks, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues. 
Ingenia Holiday Parks reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

The prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted during the competition period by a representative of Ingenia Holiday Parks.
The prize winner will be contacted directly via phone or email on Thursday 1st December by a representative of Ingenia Holiday Parks.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide their contact details and claim their prize, as instructed by a representative of Ingenia Holiday Parks.
If any prize remains unclaimed, a second prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday 6 2022 (5 days after the original winner is notified). At this time the original winner forfeits all rights to the prize won.
If a second prize draw remains unclaimed within 10 days after the original winner is notified, this will result in forfeiture of the prize in total. 
Apollo Motorhome Holidays Conditions:

Apollo Motorhome Holidays Rental Voucher for Ingenia Holiday Parks “Spring into Summer” competition. 1 x $2000 Apollo Australia travel voucher  

Can be redeemed in Australia and can be used towards: Daily motorhome rental hire, Liability Reduction Option 2 (The High Road), up to 6 camp chairs (depending on vehicle type), up to 2 camp tables, toilet chemical, one-way fees, extended roadside assistance, gas refill fee and taxes
Bond not included – $250 authorization required on credit card with Liability Reduction Option 2 as per rental terms and conditions.  Other Lability Reduction Options Available.
Available for all Apollo 2WD vehicles (subject to availability)  
Guests must make own transfer arrangements to get to and from the Branch

Up to one booking amendment is granted – subject to availability as per terms and conditions. If booking is not use before expiry date prize is forfeit.  
If the Winner choses to go above $2,000 prize value they can do so at their own cost. This must be payable prior to pick up and will be subject to normal terms and conditions.  
Travel is to be completed by 15 September 2023.

Ingenia Holiday Parks Prize Conditions: 

Ingenia Holiday Parks’ decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered in relation to the selection of the winners or any other aspect of this competition. 
Value of prize is limited to the description in competition terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. 
Ingenia Holiday Parks commits to posting the prize to the winner within 5 weeks of receiving the winners postal address.
If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Ingenia Holiday Parks, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the competition or reputation of this competition, Ingenia Holiday Parks reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
