General Entry Terms

All entrants must be over 18 and an Australian resident

Employees, immediate families and their associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter all competitions

immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.

All entrees must be received before the closing date on the entry form

Recycled Mats accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

Unless specified one entry per person (regardless of multiple email addresses)

Competition is valid for Australian residents only and as such all winners must supply an Australian address for the prize to be delivered to.

Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Recycled Mats. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary (unless otherwise specified) to enter.

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Entrants need to enter each individual competition as they are advertised. Entry into one specific competition does not entitle the entrant to be automatically entered into every competition advertised.

Recycled Mats reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Recycled Mats, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email accounts or using software to enter competitions multiple times.

Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Recycled Mats. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to supertroopers@recycledmats.com.au.

Competition Winners and Draws

All competition winners are at the final discretion of Recycled Mats

The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry; However, in a dispute, will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. Internet Service Provider account holder).

The competition winner(s) will be drawn at random using a third-party draw system one working day after the closing date

All draws are video recorded and lists of entrants are kept afterwards – winners and draws can be supplied by emailed request to supertroopers@recycledmats.com.au

Winner(s) will be announced within 14 days by both email and via social media posts with first name and just the first letter of surname for privacy

Winner(s) will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery of their prize so please supply a valid contact number

Competition period will be specified on the entry form, all times are NSW time (AEST or AEDT)

In the event that we are unable to contact the competition winner(s) via phone/email within 30 days of the draw, we reserve the right to redraw the competition

We will do our best to hold stock as shown in the giveaway packs, in the case that the exact product is not available we will swap it for the same value and type of product that is shown.

Use of Personal Information

By entering this competition, you AGREE that we will add your email address to our database to receive our email newsletters (We will NOT use your phone number except to contact winner(s)) - from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Winners' first name and first letter of surname will be used on winner announcements on our social media platforms and EDMs

Other Terms

Recycled Mats reserves the right to cancel or amend a competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to a competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Competition terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
