ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This Giveaway is open only to those who are legal residents of, and located within, Australia at the time of entry. All national and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside of Australia and where prohibited. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes, and the identity of the winners, to appropriate taxing authorities.


AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the participant (“You”) agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Balsam Hill AU: 12 Days of Giveaways 2022 ("Giveaway") entry submission begins at 1:00 pm AEDT on 14 November 2022 and ends at 12:59 pm AEDT on 26 November 2022 ("Giveaway Period"). Participants will become eligible for drawings upon the date and time at which they complete an action. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. For purposes of this Giveaway, a day is defined as beginning at 1:00 pm AEDT and ending at 12:59 pm AEDT of the following day to complete the twenty-four (24) hour cycle (each, a “Daily Entry Period”). Entries received beyond the Giveaway Period will be void.

Winner announcements per day will be published on the Balsam Hill Facebook page on or about 5:00 p.m. AEDT, the day after the collection of entries.

HOW TO ENTER:


The Giveaway will use “Gleam” as its official Giveaway App. Multiple entries are allowed.
During the Giveaway Period, visit the Balsam Hill AU Facebook page and click on the 12 Days of Giveaways link of the pinned post. Follow the instructions to complete the entry form with the information required, and submit your entry. The submission of this entry form constitutes one entry. Using Gleam, participants may earn additional entries (with a maximum of 40 entries, inclusive of the submission of the entry form), by performing any of the following actions. Actions are completed through the Gleam app, where participants can click on any of the entry actions and will be directed on how to complete them.

Entrants may submit a total of forty (40) entries during the Giveaway Period. Entries received from any person or Facebook account in excess of the stated limitation will be void.


You may only use one Facebook account to enter this Giveaway. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same Facebook account. Each participant in the Giveaway must be the rightful owner of the Facebook account or have authorised use of the e-mail address connected to the Facebook account. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Facebook account is opened. The Facebook account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Giveaway. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry or entries will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Giveaway, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability of any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.


No automated entry devices, bots, and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry or entries appears to have been the result of mechanical reproduction or other violations of these Official Rules.


WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
Twelve (12) daily winners will be selected on or about twenty-four (24) hours from the end of each Daily Entry Period via random drawings by an authorized representative of the Sponsor. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Except as specifically provided herein, the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winners to appropriate taxing authorities. Prizes will be awarded to a winner only if she or he fully complies with these Official Rules.


WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via Facebook announcement and via private message or e-mail and will be required to complete and return a Certificate of Eligibility within seven (7) days of the date of notification or alternate winners may be selected. If the winner fails to return the required document within the specified time period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, has been disqualified, fails to respond or claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification is sent, or where the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.


The Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

The total retail list value of all prizes shall not exceed AUD 6348. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.


Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor.

Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prizes or redeem prizes for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to the release of his or her name, picture, image, likeness, and statements about the Giveaway for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
