Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for radio and based on the answer sheet announcers have on hand.

The winning Contestant(s) of the on-air challenge if a quiz is involved will be determined by the Promoter based on the fact sheet on hand.

Prize Details:

There are up to five (5) major prizes to be won, for five (5) winners. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be four (4) winners from SA and one (1) winner from either NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, NT or TAS.

The major prize includes:

For each of the four (4) SA winners:

• 1 x double passes to the Sam Smith event at d’Arenberg Cube, McLaren Vale, South Australia, at a time and date as specified by The Promoter, valued at up to $400AUD incl GST.
• SA winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the event.

For the one (1) NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, NT or TAS winner:
• 1 x double passes to the Sam Smith event at d’Arenberg Cube, McLaren Vale, South Australia, at a time and date as specified by The Promoter, valued at up to $400AUD incl GST.
• Return flights to Adelaide for two (2) from either Sydney Domestic Airport, Melbourne Domestic Airport Tullamarine, Airport Dr Brisbane Airport, Perth Airport, Hobart International Airport or Darwin International Airport, valued at up to $1,600 AUD incl GST. Selected airport will be the winners place of residence.

Total Prize Value Up to a maximum of AUD $4,000AUD.

Winner and the Winner’s companion must leave from the same airport, on the same allocated flight.

• 1 night’s accommodation for two (2) in a minimum 4* hotel valued up to $400 AUD incl GST.
Once a winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to win any additional tickets to the same event.
Transfers to and from airport (if applicable), transport to and from concert, additional spending money, meals (other than outlined above), taxes, luggage costs, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included, and are at the winner’s expense.
Travel must be taken between the exact dates and times, as specified by the Promoter.
If an Entrant is deemed a winner, they will receive one (1) major prize only.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.

All prizes are non-transferable. Any Prize that is found to be for sale or on-sold will be cancelled and will not be reissued.
No refund or exchange will be given for any prize.
At The Promoters discretion, entrants may receive a bonus or runner up prize.
