Terms and Conditions

Entries

1.      Entries must be submitted between 15 November – 8 December 2022. Only open to   Australian and New Zealand residents over 18 years of age. 1 winner per   country

2.      One entry per person, through the www.masport-promo.com website. No entries are accepted through social media, messaging, email or phone.

3.      Masport reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it feels are ineligible for this promotion. Ineligible entries include and are not limited to misleading entries, entries thought to be tampered with, incomplete entries and fraudulent entries.

4.      Masport has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.

5.      Employees and families of employees of Masport and its associated businesses are excluded from entering the competition.

6.      This promotion cannot be claimed in combination with any other Masport offers and promotions.

Prize details

7.      The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative Masport products or cash. There is a limited range of colours available. The winner will have a choice of the available Maestro or Pacific barbecue range.

8.      The   total prize pool is valued at $949 AUD or $1049 NZD

9.      Prize   for Australia: Includes One (1) Pacific BBQ with 4 stainless steel burners with additional rear and side burners. Choose one of the following colours:

·           Pacific Blue: 553205 OR

·           Pacific Mint: 553268 OR

·           Pacific Grey: 553266

To the value of RRP $AU 949 incl GST.

10.  Prize for New Zealand: Includes One   (1) Maestro BBQ with 4 stainless steel burners with additional rear and side burners. Choose one of the following colours:

·           Maestro Blue: 553206 OR

·           Maestro Mint: 553208 OR

·           Maestro Grey: 553204

To the value of RRP $NZ 1049 incl GST.

Prize draw

11.  The major prize will be drawn on 15 December by Masport Ltd. Winners will be notified and their names will be published on Masport websites and social media platforms.

Winner

12.  Winners will be contacted by phone.

13.  The winner agrees to be involved in promoting the competition, including being photographed and/or interviewed and that they agree that Masport can use the winner’s name, image and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner to the public and in any articles or social media posts promoting the competition.

14.  Masport reserves the right to re-draw the prize If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw.

15.  Masport reserves the right to conduct a re-draw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.

16.  Any unclaimed prizes will remain the property of Masport.

Prize delivery

17.  Prize will be delivered to the winner’s local Masport dealer as decreed by Masport. Standard delivery time applies, allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

 18.  Masport does not accept any direct responsibility for any items lost, damaged or delayed by the transport company.

Warranty

19.  Guarantees/warranties on products received as part of this offer are standard Masport warranties.

Data storage and usage

20.  Masport will collect and retain participants’ personal information for the purpose of this promotion. If permission is given, responses via this form will be sent with information on promotions from time to time.

Consumer Guarantees

21.  Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) in Australia and the Consumer Guarantees Act in NZ, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the   State and Territories of Australia and New Zealand.
