Competition Terms and Conditions


These are the Terms and Conditions for the Christmas Cracker Trail Competition (“the Competition”).
The promoter is the Corporation of the City of Adelaide (Council).
To enter this Competition, participants must collect all 7 golden crackers within the Christmas Cracker Trail App. Once all 6 competition trail stops have been visited, and the 6 crackers popped and available on the Cracker Collection screen, along with the additional 7th cracker on download, a completion message will be shown, and a competition entry form will become available within the Christmas Cracker Trail App.
Entry in the Competition is free of charge.
In order to be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must:
be aged 18 years or older;
be a South Australian resident. (“Eligible Entrant”)
One entry is permitted per email address, and each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The Competition and Promotion Period opens on Saturday 12 November 2022 12am ACST time and closes on Monday 2nd January 11:59pm ACST (“Promotion Period”).
The prize pool consists of one prize including:
EOS Sky City $700 voucher
Adelaide Zoo $102 voucher
Peter Rabbit Cafe $100 voucher
Rundle Mall $300 voucher
Adelaide Central Market $300 voucher
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
The winner will be selected at random by City of Adelaide. The draw will be performed using a random computer generated process, and will take place on Wednesday 4 January 2023 at 10am ACST at 25 Pirie Street, Adelaide.
The winner will be notified by City of Adelaide via phone or email on Wednesday 4 January 2023 through the details which they entered in the Competition entry form.
If the winner does not respond by Thursday 5 January 2023 2pm ACST, or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be drawn from the Eligible Entrants. The prize will be redrawn using a random computer process.
Upon confirmation with the winner, City of Adelaide will distribute the prize.
Decisions made in relation to any aspect of this Competition are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
City of Adelaide, subsidiary staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

Should the prize become unavailable due to the COVID 19 pandemic, City of Adelaide will use its best endeavours to provide the winner with an alternative prize.
