Terms and conditions - NuPool social media competition. To participate in this competition, users must share a photo of their NuPool install, tag NuPool, follow NuPool and use the hashtag #MyNuPool to be in the running to win our Summer Pool Fun Pack valued at over $500. One entry per image. This competition will run until 23:59 on Sunday 4th, December. Entries made by direct reply to this T&C page will not be accepted.

There will be 1 winner selected at random, after the competition deadline of 11.59 pm Sunday 4th, December, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after this point will not be counted. Winners will be announced on 7th December 2022.

The contest is open to Melbourne, Victoria, and Australia residents except for NuPool employees, contractors and families, anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions.

The prize consists of a 'Summer Pool Fun Pack' which includes a pre-Christmas standard pool clean, a $250 Coles Myer voucher, pool toys, sunscreen, perishable goodies, champagne, and plastic glasses with a total value over $500.

If you are the lucky winner, you will be contacted by NuPool on the social media account you entered the competition. You will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed when announced as our winner. NuPool will then provide further details as to how you claim your prize.

We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. If multiple entries are received from the same Instagram account, the first entry will only be accepted.

No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to internet use.

We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are contacted as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
