Collection Notice
The Promoter collects your personal information (including name, phone number, email address) when you enter this promotion for the purposes of administering the promotion. If we do not collect your personal information, you will not be able to enter this promotion or claim your prize. We may disclose this information to third parties such as local lottery authorities and service providers assisting us with administering this promotion, for the purpose of conducting this promotion, including prize notification and fulfilment.
If you consent on the entry form, Ferngrove wines will send you marketing materials via email.
Our privacy policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information that we hold, how you may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how we will deal with such a complaint. Conditions of Entry

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Ferngrove General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available to view at its website (Ferngrove.com.au).
3. The competition commences at 9am WTS on 1 November 2022 and concludes at 11.59pm (WST) on 31 January 2023 (Promotional Period) unless all prizes are given away prior.
4. Participants must be over 18 years of age to enter.
5. Winners will then be notified and Cinevouchers posted to the winners.
6. One entry permitted per participant during the promotional period.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. Employees of the promoter and participating retailers are unable to enter the competition.

How to Enter
1. Purchase any Ferngrove Black Label Wine.
2. Scan the QR Code on bottle next tag to enter.
3. Complete the Entry Form.

Winning Determination
17 winning entries will be selected at random on each of the following dates: 30 November 2022, 3 January 2023, and 1 February 2023 at 12noon (WST) at the Promoter’s Head office.
The winners will be announced on Ferngrove’s Website and will be notified via telephone/email. The Cine Vouchers will be posted to the winners.
The Promoter reserves the right to feature the names of prize winners publicly.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Each entrant can only receive two Cine Vouchers throughout the duration of the promotional period.

Prize
• Each Winner receives Two x Hoyts Cine Vouchers valued at up to $35.00 each. Total prize value per winner is up to $70.00. In total 102 tickets will be given away to 51 winners.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or able to be redeemed for cash.
In the event that insufficient entries are received at the end of each month, prizes will be rolled over to the following month. At the end of promotion if insufficient entries are received, left over prizes will be retained by the Promoter for further promotional purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legitimate operation of this competition.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
