COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition commences on 30th of June 2022 at 8AM AEST.

Entries into the competition concludes on 30th of June 2023 at 5pm AEST or when the allocation of prizes is exhausted.

The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion including to close the competition within the Competition;
(ii) End the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority

ENTRY CONDITIONS

To Enter you must:

Be an Australian resident
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry
Provide accurate information. If the promoter believes that you have provided incorrect details to win a prize, the promoter reserves the right to cancel your entry and prize.

HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must visit the Website (https://www.musclemat.com.au/pages/winter-giveaway) during the Competition Period and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including their name and email address. All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic prize draw.

LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES
One (1) entry per person during the Competition Period.

DRAW DETAILS
Entrants will be instantly drawn and notified of the outcome.

PRIZE DETAILS
There are twenty (20) Muscle Mat Mattress Toppers to be won.

The winner accepts that the prize is subject to availability.

The number of prizes available may change at The Promoters discretion.

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE
A maximum of $3,580.00 AUD and a minimum of $2,380.00 AUD dependant on the size selected.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The prize winner will be notified instantly after submitting their entry if successful in winning a prize. The prize winner will then be contacted via email to organise the prize. The prize winner will be given a code to redeem their prize from The Promoters online store.

If an entrant is unsuccessful in obtaining a prize, they will be notified instantly after submitting their entry.

PRIZE CLAIM AND DELIVERY
Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of being contacted by The Promoter. If the winner does not claim their prize by this time; they will forfeit their prize.

The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that are damaged or lost in the mail or not delivered to the winner due to external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. No compensation or replacement prizes will be offered.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
There will be no unclaimed prize draw.
