Eligibility: The Calvin Klein Pride Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”) is open only to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and must hold a valid passport. Those who are employees of Calvin Klein, Inc., Calvin Klein Europe B.V.PVH Corp. & PVH Brand Australia & New Zealand or their affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies, or who are immediate family members or persons living in the same household of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible. How to Enter: Visit the Prize Draw Web site at Calvinklein.com.au/pride complete the online registration form including your name, valid email address, country and postal code. For completing these mandatory fields, reading these Official Rules and submitting the registration form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw, as set forth in Section 5 below.
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person during the Prize Draw Period.  Use of any automated system to participate in the Prize Draw is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and all entries submitted or received via such automated system will be void. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected information or entries, caused by the entrant, which will be disqualified and void.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the authorized account holder (as defined herein) of the email address used by, or connected to, the eligible entrant will be deemed to be the entrant.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

Prize Drawings: On 31st January 2023 at 11 AM, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner. The drawings will take place at the Administrator’s offices at the address set forth above. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration. The potential winner who has been contacted by the Promoter will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and Liability Waiver (“Declaration”) which must be received by Administrator, within two (2) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner fails to claim, complete, sign and return the Declaration within 72 hours of being contacted, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any reason, Promoter will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Due to the timing of the trip prize, Promoter may only select one (1) alternate potential winner, after which the applicable prize will not be awarded. For the redraw administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner on 6th February 2023 at 11am. The drawings will take place at the Administrator’s offices at the address set forth above.

Prizes: Promoter will award one (1) Grand Prize trip. GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and a guest (aged at least 18 years of age and holding a valid passport) to Sydney, Australia to attend the Calvin Klein Pride event. Winner and guests must be able to travel on 14 February 2023 and return 16 February 2023 or prize will be forfeited.  Trip package includes round trip, coach/economy-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s residence (determined by Promoter) to Sydney airport; 2 (2) night's accommodations at a hotel determined by Promoter in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy, 4+ star hotel rating only); round trip ground transportation to and from the airport to hotel; 2 x VIP passes including transportation to attend Calvin Klein Pride event on the 15th February 2023 at 8pm, $1,000AUD Calvin Klein gift card to spend in store. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $5,000.
