Terms and conditions

The promoter of this Competition is Mix & Match Travel PTY Limited (“the Promoter”) ABN 91 643 277 507 of Level 29/66 Goulburn St, Sydney NSW 2000
The promotion is authorised under SA Permit No. T22/1967 and ACT Permit No. 22/02371
The Competition is a Sales Promotion in the form of a lottery. One winner will be randomly selected by draw from the completed entries at the Promoters address at 11:00am on 1 February 2023
You may enter the Competition by making a flight booking on www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au during the period of 8 January – 31 January 2023.
Competition entry and eligibility

This Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who make a flight booking on mixandmatchtravel.com.au.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, House of Travel and their subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
The Competition commences at 8 January 2023 at 0.01am and concludes at 31 January 2023 11.59pm. After this date and time no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.
The time zone applicable to any time stated relates to the state where the Promoter is located.
Multiple entries per eligible person will be allowed in the prize draw.
Prize details and prize draw

The winner will be notified by email by 2 February 2023 and published on mixandmatchtravel.com.au on 2 February 2023.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of the prize draw then, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will occur at the same time and location of the original draw on 16 February 2023 and a new winner notified via email by 17 February 2023 and published at mixandmatchtravel.com.au on 17 February 2023. The unclaimed prize winner will have 14 days to claim the prize.
The Prize is a year's worth of free travel to the value of $6000. An e-voucher for flights to the value of $500 will be available fr the winner to redeem each month.
The winner can redeem the monthly e-voucher or save the monthly e-vouchers up to book when it suits.
This total prize is for travel between 1st February 2023 and 30th June 2024 and must be redeemed online at mixandmatchtravel.com.au by 31st May 2024. All incidental items are at the prize-winners' own expense.
All Airport, visa, entry and government costs are at the traveller’s expense.
The prize is not refundable, not exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.
The prize is transferable to a friend or family member of the winner.
By entering the Competition, the entrant consents to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and for the Promoter to use his or her name, photograph and their city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation should they win the Competition. This includes use on the Promoter’s website, direct and social media channels and PR.
The winner and accompanying travellers must hold a current Passport, valid for at least six months before the expiry date at all proposed times of travel, and be legally entitled to leave and return to Australia.
Should there be any non-adherence or reasonable suspicion of non-adherence to the above conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or the Prize at any time.
Additional terms

By participating in this Competition, entrants confirm acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of proceeding, due to any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition (in the sole opinion of the Promoter), the Competition may be abandoned or postponed at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
The decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its sole and absolute discretion cancel the Competition at any time and without prior notice.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by the Promoter and other entities within the Promoter and House of Travel Group in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. You consent to the Promoter collecting and holding your information and providing it to other parties as necessary for the purposes of the Competition and for agreed promotional purposes. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
Mix & Match Travel PTY Ltd is committed to respecting your privacy. In addition to any other purposes we have made known to you, we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information to enable us to conduct this Competition. Any personal information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
