Terms and conditions

1. The promoter of this Competition is Mix & Match Travel PTY Limited (“the Promoter”).
2. The Competition is a Sales Promotion in the form of a lottery. One winner will be randomly selected by draw from the completed entries on 1 March 2023.
3. You may enter the Competition by completing the registration form online at www.mixandmatchtravel.com.au before 28 February 2023, and allocating the requisite number of Points to enter from your Mix & Match Australia Points Programme Account.

Competition entry and eligibility

4. This Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and who are participants in the Mix & Match Points Programme.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, House of Travel and their subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
6. The Competition commences at midnight 19 December 2022 and concludes at midnight 28 February 2023. After this date and time no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.
7. Multiple entries per eligible person will be allowed in the prize draw.
8. Each entry into the Competition will result in the deduction of the specified number of Mix & Match points from the Entrant’s Mix & Match points account. Any entry that would result in a negative points balance for a Mix & Match points account will not be accepted.

Prize details and prize draw

1. The winner will be notified by email or phone by 3 March 2023.
2. If the winner has not confirmed receipt of the prize, or cannot be contacted using the details provided on their entry form within seven days of being notified then, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will occur and a new winner notified who shall have seven days in which to confirm receipt of the prize. This process will continue until receipt of the prize has been successfully confirmed.
3. The Prize is an e-voucher for flights to Bali to the value of $500. This prize is for travel between 1 March 2023 - 29 February 2024. Voucher must be redeemed online at mixandmatchtravel.com.au by 31 May 2023. All incidental items are at the prize-winners own expense.
4. All Airport, visa, entry and government costs are at the traveller’s expense.
5. The prize is not refundable, not transferable, nor exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant consents to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and for the Promoter to use his or her name, photograph and their city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation should they win the Competition. This includes use on the Promoter’s website, direct and social media channels and PR.
7. The winner and accompanying travellers must hold a current Passport, valid for at least six months before the expiry date at all proposed times of travel, and be legally entitled to leave and return to Australia.
8. Should there be any non-adherence or reasonable suspicion of non-adherence to the above conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or the Prize at any time.

Additional terms

9. By participating in this Competition, entrants confirm acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
10. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of proceeding, due to any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition (in the sole opinion of the Promoter), the Competition may be abandoned or postponed at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
11. The decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its sole and absolute discretion cancel the Competition at any time and without prior notice.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by the Promoter and other entities within the Promoter and House of Travel Group in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. You consent to the Promoter collecting and holding your information and providing it to other parties as necessary for the purposes of the Competition and for agreed promotional purposes. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
14. Mix & Match Travel PTY Ltd is committed to respecting your privacy. In addition to any other purposes we have made known to you, we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information to enable us to conduct this Competition. Any personal information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy also sets out how you can access or correct your personal information and details our process for handling privacy related complaints.
