Tahbilk & Grossi Dinner at Florentino for Two

The following Terms & Conditions includes information on how to enter and the prize/s. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter is Tahbilk Pty Ltd (ABN 98 004 194 790) of 6 Expo Court, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149 (Promoter).
Entry is open to any individual in Australia (Eligible Person) over 18 years of age (Eligible Person).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The promotion commences on 9th January, 2023, 9am AEDST and concludes on 28th February 2023, 10pm AEDST (Promotional Period).
How to Enter: Add a bottle of Eric Stevens Purbrick to your January – February order, and go into the draw to win two tickets to attend the Tahbilk & Grossi Dinner at Florentino for Two on Wednesday 29th March, 2023.
No entry fee is charged by the Promotor to enter the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Person, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Person.
Entries Permitted: One entry per purchase of any bottle of Eric Stevens Purbrick Wines.
This is a game of chance. A draw will take place on Wednesday, 1st March 2023 at Tahbilk Pty Ltd Head Office, 6 Expo Court, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149 (Winning Method)
Price Description: Tickets for Tahbilk & Grossi Dinner at Florentino for Two on Wednesday 29th March, 2023 (6.30pm - 10.30pm). Exclusive dinner designed by Guy Grossi with matched wines from Tahbilk. Four-decade flights of Tahbilk Eric Steven Purbrick Cabernet Sauvignon. Three-decade flights of Tahbilk Eric Stevens Purbrick Shiraz. Presented by Alister Purbrick (Tahbilk’s 4th Generation Wine Maker). Flights & accommodation to the event is not included. Prize Value: RRP $790 (Prize).
The total prize pool value is: $790. Prizes consist of two tickets for a Tahbilk & Grossi Dinner at Florentino for Two on Wednesday 29th March, 2023. (Prize). Prize will be emailed to the winner with further details by March 10th.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
If any prize (or part of any prize) becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
The winning entry will be contacted via phone and/or email on Friday 3rd March, 2023 (Winner). The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. Should there be any Winners that cannot be contacted, after three (3) business days, a runner-up entrant will be selected on the following Wednesday. This winning entry will be directly contacted by phone or email.
Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at www.rhinorack.com/en-au/privacy-policy. The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. Personal information collected from entrants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia.
