Person A "Where's the nutella?"
Person B "It's in the van"
Person A looks in the van...
Person A "I can't find it. Are you sure it's in the van?"
Person B "It's in the caravan, not the van."
Person A "Ah, the caravan van, not the van van."
Person B "Yes, that's what I meant."
Person A "We really need a name for our caravan..."
Person B "I know... but what?"
