    How to Enter:
        Participants submit an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/competitions/zBTgH-gadgetguy-belkin
        The entry must meet all requirements of the promotion, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize.
    Participant Eligibility:
        Entry is open to Australian permanent residents over 18-years-old with their principal place of residence here (winner may be required to provide evidence)
        Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Theory of Invention and Belkin, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate
        Participation is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations
        There is a maximum of nine entries
        By entering the promotion, the participant agrees to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the promoter, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
        Participants agree to accept the promoter's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of the promotion.
        Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes
        Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
        Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the promoter

    Participants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules
    If a participant is found to have used fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, their submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the promoter
    Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award
    Specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the promoter
    No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the promoter’s discretion
    The prize is non-transferable
    Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted.
    Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
    Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the promoter to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law
    The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the promoter
    The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection.
    If a winner cannot be contacted by email, the email bounces or no response is received, the promoter will use a phone number if provided, in an attempt to attempt contact the winner. If contact is still unsuccessful after a further fourteen days, the prize will be re-drawn
    Receipt of the prize offered in this promotion by the winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all state laws and regulations
    Any violation of rules by the winner at the promoter's sole discretion will result in the winner's disqualification, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated
