Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question: “Tell us what would you love to build with LEGO and why?”.
AND/OR
Nova App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question: “Tell us what would you love to build with LEGO and why?”.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries received up until that stage of the Promotion Period (Selected Entrants);

(b) contact up to ten (10) of the Selected Entrant/s (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone to discuss their entry and assess their suitability for radio (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) place up to ten (10) of the “best” Selected Entrants from that weekday (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on the standby list to participate in an On Air Challenge between 4pm and 6pm AEDT on various days during the Promotion Period (each, a Challenger). Challengers will be invited to appear on-air in the order of “best” entry, followed by next “best” entry and so on (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
On Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) call up to two (2) Selected Entrants (deemed to have submitted the “best” entry from all Selected Entrants on the standby list that day, based on the Judging Criteria) to compete in the On Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion);
(b) the Selected Entrants will be assigned to a representative of the Promoter to play on their behalf (Selected Representatives) (as specified by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion);
(c) the rules of the On Air Challenge will be specified by the Promoter on air at the start of the On Air Challenge. The Promoter’s conduct of the On Air Challenge is in its sole and absolute discretion;
(d) if a Selected Representative successfully completes the On Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), their Challenger will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a Prize;
(e) if both Selected Representatives successfully complete the On Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the Challengers will be deemed winners and the Prize will be evenly split (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion);
(f) if a Selected Representative fails to successfully complete the On Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), their Challenger will not receive any Prize; and
(g) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Selected Representatives during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize (where applicable).

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a prize.

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 4pm AEDT Friday 21 April 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.
