Lion Nathan Branded Fridge Promotion
Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for
this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
2. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition is being run by The Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Supporters Club,
Mooloolaba Esplanade Mooloolaba, QLD, 4557.
4. The competition will run from 10am Monday 17th April 2023 – 5pm Sunday 28th May 2023
5. To enter the competition, the entrant must:
a. Be over the age of 18
b. Purchase any Lion Nathan Tap product.
c. Place entry ticket in the entry barrel located at reception at promotional draw.
d. Must be a current financial member.
6. Entries tickets -
a. Place entry ticket into the entry barrel
i. Entries tickets –
1. Receive 1 ticket with any tap Lion Nathan product purchased.
2. Maximum amount of tickets in one transaction is 8.
7. Prize – 4 x Lion Nathan Product branded beer fridges
a. Polar C-Series Upright Display Fridge White 400Ltr
8. 1 x Branded beer fridge will be drawn from 5pm on the following Sundays listed below at The
Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Supports Club. Prize will be drawn by random barrel draw from all
eligible entries.
a. Sunday 7th May
b. Sunday 14th May
c. Sunday 21st May
d. Sunday 28th May
9. Winner’s must be present.
10. The winner’s name will be announced over the club’s audio system at the scheduled draw time
and the winner will have 1 minute in which to claim their prize.
11. If the winner is not present another draw will take place and this will continue until a winner is
found.
12. A prize winner can only win 1 of the 4 prizes available. If a previous winner’s name is drawn from
barrel on another draw date, a redraw will occur.
13. The winner must show Identification to claim their prize.
14. The winner must collect their prize 7 days from winning draw date.
15. If a prize is not collected within 7 days from winning draw date, the Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving
Supporters Club has the right to redraw all unclaimed prizes.
16. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
Not freight or transportation is included in the prize.
17. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
18. The prize is not transferrable.
19. Entry to the competition is limited to current active members of The Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving
Supporters Club.
20. Staff and committee members of The Surf Club Mooloolaba, along with immediate family
members of staff and committee members are not eligible to enter the competition.
21. The prize winner’s name will be published on the Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Supporters Club
Website. By entering the competition, entrants grant The Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Supporters
Club permission to use their full name and suburb on its website for up to six months from the
date of the draw.
22. The Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Supporters Club is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for
any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or
damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this
competition.
23. The Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Supporters Club accepts no responsibility and shall not be held
legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property
whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in
connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
24. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by
the Terms and Conditions as presented.
25. The Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Supporters Club decision will be final and no correspondence will
be entered into
