Conditions of Entry – Fuel Voucher Prize

    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

    Entry is open to any person residing in Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

    Entry is open to new GOswim members of Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre enrolling in swimming lessons, and for existing GOswim members who wish to add a second or third lesson to their current enrolment.

    Promotional Period - The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 May 2023 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) 31 May 2023. ("Promotional Period").   

    The competition will be promoted on the Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre website (https://www.mudgeerabaaquaticcentre.com.au/promotions/enrol-to-win) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/mudgeeaquatic/).

    To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, enrol in the GOswim program and commence swimming lessons by 31 May 2023. 

    All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, or not completed properly.   

    Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. 

    This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook (Meta) or Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

    The draw will take place on Friday 2 June 2023 at Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre.

    The winner will be notified by phone within three (3) working days of the draw date, the winner has five (5) working days to claim prize and their name will be published on the Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre Facebook page.

    If winner fails to claim prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place. 

    Prize: one (1) winner will receive one (1) fuel voucher (Ampol) to the value of $500.

    The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to Mudgeeraba Aquatic Centre Terms and Conditions.
