Entrants must be able to attend Fightin' for a Triton Stadium Hunt on 01 Jun 2023 at a location to be specified closer to the event, somewhere in Brisbane and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.

     Entry Restrictions
   Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must be able to attend Fightin' for a Triton Stadium Hunt on 01 Jun 2023 at a location to be specified closer to the event, somewhere in Brisbane and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.
 Relevant State(s) Maximum Entries
"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry is only open to residents of QLD.
Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been determined as a Finalist, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
     Entry Procedure
  To enter, entrants must:
1. During the Breakfast or Drive Contesting Period:
i. Listen to Triple M Brisbane and telephone the station competition line following the broadcast cue to call.
ii. Be selected by the Promoter to participate on air as specified.
The Promoter will judge each caller’s interaction on air to determine Finalist/s in accordance with the Judging Details. If the Promoter plays a sound of a Triton, the Contestant is determined a Finalist and invited to the Event.
2. During the Workday Contesting Period:
i. Listen to Triple M Brisbane and telephone the station competition line following the broadcast cue to call.
ii. Be selected by the Promoter to participate on air whereby the Promoter will ask the Contestand a question
relating to the breakfast show.
iii. If the Contestant correctly answers the question, they will be determined a Finalist and invited to the Event.
3. During the Online Registration Period:
i. visit the Website and register their details, including by answering any question(s) as required at the point
of entry.
The Promoter will judge entries to determine Finalists in accordance with the Judging Details.
Event
All Finalists must attend the Event and follow all instructions as provided by the Promoter.
At the Event, there will be sets of keys hidden at the location.
When directed by the Promoter, Finalists can attempt to find the set of keys that will open the car at the Event. The first Finalist to locate the set of keys that opens the car will be determined the Major Prize Winner.
   Judging Details
   All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, entertainment value or as otherwise specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and there may be a time factor applied.

   As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
The Prize includes metallic paint (if applicable), 12 months registration in winner’s state/territory of residence, 12 months 3rd party compulsory insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery. The stated driveaway price of the Prize depends upon the winner and their location. All optional extras and accessories, any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third- party insurance requirements of the state/territory in which the winner elects to register the Prize vehicle. Vehicles depicted in all promotional material are not necessarily the same colour as the Prize vehicle. The colour of the Prize vehicle may be able to be chosen by the winner from a list of available colours as advised by the Promoter at the time of selection. Unless otherwise specified, the Prize vehicle will be available for collection from the dealership nominated by the Promoter.
      Additional Terms
   Any Finalists at the Event that display dangerous or anti social behaviour will be disqualified.
The Promoter will provide each Finalist with documentation to confirm their entry to the Promotion. Each Finalist must complete and return the mandatory documentation as instructed by the Promoter (including but not necessarily limited to):
a) A signed copy of these Terms and Conditions;
b) A copy of photo identification (drivers licence or other form of identification as approved at the Promoter’s discretion);
c) A Southern Cross Austereo performance release form;
d) A personal details profile form.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that the Event may be photographed and/or filmed for the purposes of marketing and publicity.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that they are in good physical health suitable for the purposes of taking part in the Event, and that they will notify the Promoter of any injuries and/or otherwise that may prevent them from taking part.
All entrants and other Event attendees will be required to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers at all times during the Event. Any individuals at the Event who fail to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers may be asked to leave the Event site, and may be disqualified from the Promotion.
All entrants participate in the Event – and travel to and from the Event – at their own risk.
The location of the Event is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Event location may change without prior warning. The Promoter may request that the Finalists stand in a particular area/order and may provide reasonable instructions to the Finalists, which the Finalists must abide by.
In the case of extreme or wet weather, at the Promoter’s discretion the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the Event at any time. The Promoter will not be held liable for any such necessary changes and Finalists will not be compensated in any
