Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.

Maximum Number of Entries:
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.


Entrants may enter the Promotion in one or more of the following ways:

During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question:

During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“What’s your favourite Coldplay song and why?”.
All valid Nova Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).

At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries during the Promotion Period (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries (each a Selected Entrant);

(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List).
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to ten (10) entrants will be selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (each a Selected Entrant) to be placed on the standby list for that day (Standby List).
Appear On-Air
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) select a Selected Entrant from the relevant day’s Standby List;
(b) contact the Selected Entrant on their Personal Contact Number; and
(c) invite the Selected Entrant to appear in the on-air challenge (On-Air Challenge) (each a Challenger).
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will nominate a predetermined song (Nominated Song);
(b) each Challenger will be played the Nominated Song and asked to identify the Nominated Song by its title within a specific time period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(c) if the Challenger correctly identifies the Nominated Song within the specified time period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will be invited to participate in the next applicable contesting spot (Carry Over Champion), and will continue to repeat the above process;
(d) If the Challenger does not correctly identify the Nominated Song (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Selected Entrant will not be become the Carry Over Champion, and the Promoter will invite another Selected Entrant to participate in the On-Air Challenge;
(e) this process will continue until a Challenger correctly identifies the Nominated Song in the final contesting spot of the Promotion (as determined and announced by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), at which time that Selected Entrant will be deemed the Prize winner of the Promotion and awarded the Prize.
The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Selected Entrants during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, up to one (1) Challenger will be deemed the Prize winner and awarded the Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) during the Promotion Period.
Once the Prize has been awarded (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air), the Promotion Period will end.
9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
7:00pm AEST Friday 26 May 2023 and 7:00pm AEST Friday 2 June 2023
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 7:00PM AEST Friday 2 June 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

Prize
There is up to one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of:
• Two (2) x VIP Experience Kaotica Lounge tickets to Coldplay’s ‘Music of The Spheres World Tour’ concert in Perth at Optus Stadium on Saturday 18 November 2023 for the winner and one (1) companion, valued at AUD $500 (incl. GST) (Tickets).
• AUD $2,500 cash for the winner to spend on a trip to Perth, Western Australia to attend the Event (Cash). The winner will be responsible for booking all travel including flights,

accommodation, and transfers . Tickets are subject to any conditions and/or dates stipulated by the provider of the tickets.

Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s must be able to take the Ticket component of the Prize on the dates specified. Dates and schedules of the Ticket component of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes. In the event the Event is cancelled, the Cash component of the Prize will still be awarded, and no alternative Prize will be provided for the Ticket component of the Prize.
Responsibility for travel, accommodation etc.
Winners and their companions are responsible for their transport to and from the Event, including the booking of all flights/transfers. There is no travel or flight component included in the Prize.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up to date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination and the Winner’s state of residence. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete and total Prize.
Prize values are based on recommended retail Prizes and are correct at the date of printing individual promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
