Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.

For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question:

Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:

All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.

The Promoter will select up to one (1) entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award that entrant a Prize.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Travel from WA/SA/QLD/VIC to NSW (If applicable)
Prize winner must be able to attend the Event in NSW. If a Prize winner and their companion/s are ordinarily resident in WA/SA/QLD/VIC and state travel and border restrictions prevent them from travelling to attend the Event in NSW, the Prize winner will still be awarded Domestic Travel Prize component of the Prize in the form of a travel voucher to redeem at a later date. Unfortunately, state travel and border restrictions are out of the Promoter’s control, and no alternative Prize will be provided.
COVID Vaccination
All Prize winners and companions attending the Event may need to show proof of up-to-date COVID vaccination status as per government guidance as to what constitutes ‘up to date’ for vaccination status at the time of the Event, by showing representatives of the Promoter their COVID Passport/vaccination certificate. Prize winners may not be allowed into the Event if they do not have government issued proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID.

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5PM AEST Monday 4 September 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

Prize
There is up to one (1) Prize to be won, comprising of;
• Four (4) tickets to attend Morgan Evans’ concert at the Sydney Opera House on Tuesday 12
September 2023 (Event) Domestic Travel Prize
If the Prize winner’s ordinary residential state is in WA/SA/QLD/VIC, the winner will be awarded a Domestic Travel Prize in addition to the Prize, provided that their state’s border restrictions permit travel into NSW as required to attend the Event.
This Domestic Travel Prize will comprise of the following:
• Four (4) adult economy return airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in the state that they ordinarily reside to Sydney, New South Wales; and,
• One (1) night in minimum three (3) star accommodation in a hotel to be determined and specified by the Promoter, in two (2) twin shares, to be shared by the winner and their companion/s.
Each Domestic Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,000 (incl GST).
For the avoidance of doubt, the time, date and location of the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter and will be revealed to entrants at the time of winning. It is the Prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
For the avoidance of doubt if a Prize winner is from WA/SA/VIC/QLD and state travel and border restrictions prevent them from travelling on the dates required in order to attend the Event, the Prize winner will still be awarded the flights and accommodation (where applicable) component of the Prize in the form of a travel voucher to redeem at a later date. Unfortunately, state travel and border restrictions are out of the Promoter’s control, and no alternative Prize will be provided.

13. Prize Restrictions:

It is the Prize winner and Prize winner companion’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the venue to attend the Event. There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize or Domestic Travel Prize.
Winners and their companions are subject to the terms and conditions of any venue and/or airline associated with the Prize or Domestic Travel Prize.

Additional Conditions
In the event the Event is cancelled, no alternative Prize will be provided for the Event component of the Prize.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use the Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of redeeming the Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of the winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the Prize shall constitute the complete
