Join Sydney Writers’ Festival on 15 August at 6pm at the State Library of NSW for an illuminating discussion with Caribbean writer Kevin Jared Hosein. Kevin’s latest work Hungry Ghosts explores violence, religion, family and class against the wild and pastoral landscape of 1940s colonial Trinidad, and has been praised as “an astonishing novel” (Bernadine Evaristo) and “deeply impressive” (Hilary Mantel).
