    GIVEAWAY - WIN A TRIP TO AUSTRIA
    1. The Promotional Period for Win a Trip To Austria 2024, runs from 12:01am 1 March 2023 to 11:59pm 29 February 2024. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    

2. The Promoter is ENJO Pty Ltd, ABN 76 008 885 498 of 17 Aldous Place, Myaree WA 6154

3. Entry to this promotion is open to Australian residents (Employees, ENJOpreneurs and immediate families are not eligible to enter) who are over 18 years of age and who:

· Are existing active ENJOpure Customers (please see below ENJOPURE terms and conditions for full description)

· Or become ENJOpure through the purchase of an ENJOpure Bundle during the promotion period

· Or become ENJOpure through the purchase of a qualifying room bundle or equivalent products to achieve ENJOpure status during the promotion period

4. Each month during the promotional period, two (2) of the above qualified entrants will be drawn at random using a computer-generated program called https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php. The two names drawn each month will go into the Major Prize draw. The two (2) qualified entrants drawn will also receive an Austrian blanket.

5. The monthly draw will take place during the first week following each month during the promotional period

6. Winners of the monthly draws during the promotional period will be notified by email and telephone each month after the draw has taken place during the promotional period.

7. Entries for the major draw received after the advertised closing time date 11:59pm 29 February 2024 will not be accepted.

8. The major winner must be prepared to have all of their international flights and accommodation booked through the Promoter or its nominated agents.

9. The Promoter will pay for the cost of the International flights to and from Austria from their nearest Australian capital city, two nights and the tour of the production facilities of ENJO INTERNATIONAL. The Promoter will not pay for any airport transfers or other incidental expenses incurred during the WIN A TRIP TO AUSTRIA 2024 prize. Such expenses remain the responsibility of the winner.

10. Economy class flights to Win a Trip To Austria 2024, will be booked for the major winner by the Promoter.

11. Flight times and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking by the Promoter’s travel agent.

12. Any travel arrangements or expenses incurred by the winner outside the travel dates specified in the Win a Trip To Austria 2024 promotion, are the winners own responsibility.

13. The major winner and travel partner will be required to take out their own travel insurance.

14. The major winner and travel partner are responsible for ensuring that they have the relevant passport and/or visa where applicable.

15. The draw for the Major Prize will take place at 17 Aldous Place, Myaree WA 6154. Winners will be drawn at random using a computer generated program called https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php .

16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel Win A Trip To Austria 2024 or amend the terms and conditions at any time up to commencement of Win A trip To Austria 2024, without notice and the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage arising out of any such changes.

17. Major Draw Details: the Major Prize will include

· Two (2) x return economy airfares from the winner's nearest Australian Capital City to Austria.

· Two (2) nights accommodation in Austria (includes breakfast for 2 mornings but no other meals or incidental charges)

· Two (2) person tour of the ENJO INTERNATIONAL production facility in Altach, Austria.

18. Winner Details:

· The competition will be drawn on 4 March 2024.

· Winner will be notified via email and telephone by 8 March 2024.

· The winner will be published through an announcement via Facebook and Instagram and their first name and state or territory will be published on our website by 19 March 2024.

19. The prize claim date for the major prize will be 15 March 2024. If the prize is not claimed by this date, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

20. If a re-draw is required it will be drawn at 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA using a computer generated program called https://commentpicker.com/random-name-picker.php .

21. The re-draw winner will be notified via email and telephone.

22. The re-draw winner will be published through an announcement via Facebook and Instagram and their first name and state or territory will be published on our website

23. The Promoter will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details and entry details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.

24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

26. The major prize is valued at up to AUD $5,000.

27. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

28. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.

29. Subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

30. If for any reason the winner does not redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

31. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting their prize.

32. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. Changing, modifying or suspending the promotion is subject to relevant state and territory regulations.  A promoter/agent cannot change, modify or suspend a promotion without permission from the state bodies who issued permits for this promotion.

33. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by the winner; or (g) use of a prize.

34. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

35. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrants. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

36. The Promoter reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the ENJO Australia website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
