1. To enter this competition, the entrant must satisfy all requirements listed below:
a. Sign up to any Dodo mobile plan AND activate said plan, within the Promotion Period.
b. Have their Dodo mobile plan active on the day and time the Promotion is drawn.
2. Be 18 years old or over
3. One mobile plan sign up and activation, equals one entry – maximum of 8 entries per person.
4. Entrants may enter the competition held by Vocus from 1st December 2023 to 27th February 2024 (Promotion
Period).
5. The competition is only open to those who have satisfied all elements listed in Point 1.
6. The competition is a Game of Chance.
7. The winner be drawn at random using Entrants Customer Account number at 2pm on Wednesday 28th of
February 2024, at Level 10, 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
8. By entering the competition, the winner consents to Vocus contacting them via email or phone and
publishing their name (last name and first initial) and postcode on dodo.com/mobile on Wednesday 28th of
February 2024, in accordance with the relevant State legislation. If a redraw is required, the redraw winners
name (last name and first initial) and postcode will be published on dodo.com/mobile on Thursday 28th
March 2024.
9. The prize is a holiday to Fiji, valued up to $18, 500 (AUD) for 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old).
The prize includes:
a. Return flights from the winners nearest capital city, to Nadi.
b. 5 nights accommodation in a minimum 4-star resort
c. All-inclusive meals, soft drinks and select alcoholic beverages.
d. Zipline tour
10. The prize or any part of it is not redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable. The prize
components may alter at Vocus Pty Ltd’s sole discretion.
11. Winners accept all risks associated with the acceptance and use of their prize. Vocus Pty Ltd accepts no
responsibility for the warranty of the prizes offered in this promotion. Vocus Pty Ltd makes no
representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered
as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Vocus Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss suffered to person or
property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Vocus Pty Ltd or its employees or
agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any
person to a prize winner, and where applicable, to any persons accompanying a prize winner.
12. The winner will be contacted via email on Wednesday 28th February 2024 and will have 1 month to claim
their prize from the time that they are notified via email.
13. If the winner of the prize is not readily identified or contactable to collect their prize, and reasonable efforts
have been made to identify or contact the winner of the prize and such efforts have been unsuccessful,
Vocus may, at its sole discretion, select an additional entrant’s name in such a situation, and substitute for
the name of the original but uncontactable winner of that prize. If needed, the redraw will be held on
Thursday 28th March 2024 at 2pm, at Level 10, 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000. The redraw
winner will be notified via email and on Thursday 28th March and will have 30 days to claim their prize.
14. Vocus’s decision regarding the results of the draw, deciding the winner and the conduct of the competition
and draw will be final and is not contestable.
15. Vocus reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the competition at its discretion, and any decision on the
competition is at the sole discretion of Vocus.
16. The Entrants Account Details will be used by Vocus for the purpose of conducting the competition. By
entering this competition, Entrants consent to the storage and use of their contact details and personal
information for the purposes described in this clause and in accordance with applicable law. Vocus may use
or disclose an entrant’s personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in

18. Employees and agents of Vocus are not eligible to enter this competition.
19. Travel must be completed by 12 December 2024.
20. Prize not available during Fijian or Australian Public or National holiday periods. Not valid 20 March 2024 –
10 April 2024. Not valid 12 December 2023 – 30 January 2024.
21. Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
22. All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
23. Accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 1 room.
24. A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals. Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no
name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any
alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All
components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time
periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions,
additional guests, etc.) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled
in full prior to booking confirmation.
25. Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel,
flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the winner and their travelling
companions.
26. Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The
Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their
residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The winner and their travelling companions will
responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport. Airline, flight route and dates
of travel are subject to Vocus’ absolute and final decision.
27. Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable
of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster,
tampering or computer virus, Vocus reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion
or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
28. Winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
29. Winners must follow any Covid-19 conditions and restrictions which may apply, but not limited to, travel,
hotel and events. Winner and guests must adhere to Covid-19. Conditions and restrictions at the time of
travel. This may include, but not limited to, mask wearing and Proof of Vaccination Certificate Presentation.
